Very slow customer service
Had 2 problems in a row with my account with them. They took a month and a half to answer, time where I couldn't even log into my account.
The issue was resolved eventually and the people were nice, but the speed is definitely not their best side.

I contacted them about my order and was given all the info I needed qnd they even helped me to plan my next delivery. I was a bit afraid due to some comments I have seen here but I don't regret buying from them. Really awesome

Locked out since they changed to Each person, IT help has taken weeks, still not resolved and no access to funds. Very close to Xmas now and unhappy staff
