3 Areas to improve.
1) The website is slow. Responsives is left wanting.
2) No Android app.

a technical issue meant that my requested voucher was duplicated so I emailed the support team to inform them, the team resolved very quickly and even let me keep the duplicated voucher as a gesture of goodwill!
