I have made savings, but not without faults
I was sceptical but I have made savings with the Diesel card (but why does it not cover petrol as well?) simply because when I visit a friend in a different part of the country the diesel is always much more expensive. Closer to home it's less advantageous but I have always found it cheaper than the local stations, inc supermarkets. BUT I only paid £7.99 for my card through Vodafone - not sure I'd pay £19.99. Also the PFSs which accept the card are pretty convenient to me. Biggest issue is that my car was written off recently and I'm getting a petrol replacement. EP don't give refunds - I'm £112 in credit - and you have to buy gift cards with the balance. One bugbear is that you have to pay a 1.2% fee on top, which I feel is a dit disingenuous!

Great service & offers
This scheme is an excellent way to provide incentives to all employees using Epoints. The site is easy to navigate and there are a huge range of benefits and offers available. I can treat myself with items I need and also make someone's day by sending an E card to help brighten their day.
I did have an issue logging in initially (my fault) and contacted the support team, I received a reply shortly
after stating that I had managed to resolve my issue. They still kept the ticket open in case I needed additional support.
Although I have not used their cashback offers yet I plan to make the most of their services throughout the year.
Working in Customer Service I thought their closing message was very sweet:

Still waiting for vouchers
There is a long delay for a simple email delivery of the vouchers to my email address. One hour later and I still haven't received the Amazon vouchers for an urgent purchase.

Only used to try and get a good price…
Only used to try and get a good price for Diesel but unfortunately it was pointless. I used the pumps they specified about 4 or 5 times and each time I pay the full price and when I spoke to them a couple of times they were not helpful. It felt like a scam.
