Exchanging my erwards points is easy and a good selection

Really clunky, a lot of times the surveys do not track. I raised this and got a generic "that isnt the case" give up and nothing requested they delete my account as its just a waste of time and effort. The mechanics of each survey are slow and frustrating as well. Its just not user friendly

I wish there would me more options but, for the last couple of years I have been obtaining airline miles thanks to e-Rewards and I am grateful for it

Ease of taking survays with a great payout

E-Rewards has gotten very disappointing over the last year or so. Surveys used to be worth 200/300/400 points, but now more and more of these are only worth 50 points for a 10 or 15 minute survey! For clarity, this is equal to about 12 pence, so I am working for less than 1p per minute!!! Shocking…

Sainsbury’s sent an email about joining this panel, seemed like a reasonable thing to do, but wish I had never bothered! Survey’s suddenly get suspended part way through, many you don’t qualify for, but you could have answered up to 10 qualifying questions. Whole screen has gone blank on me after hours of completing one survey!! They underestimate how long surveys will take. This was a 3 hour survey but I had already spent about 4 hours and it told me 3 times I was half way through?? Tried to redeem some points I’d made but they haven’t turned up in my nectar balance, so a TOTAL waste of time!

Great company topped up nectar points twice

Quite good to get a few nectar points if you've got a few spare hours . On odd occasions it makes you take a survey for 15 minutes then says you don't qualify and get no points which is annoying but apart from that ok . Pays for a bit of free diesel for the car

Rejoined after a break of several years. Just as poor as I remember them. First 2 surveys fine then the next few took quite a bit of date then either said I didn’t qualify or that the survey was closed. No reward, not even a few points like other survey companies do. Avoid as they seem to take small amounts of data and avoid paying any reward for it.

Surveys are too long for amount of points earned. Three hous for 700 points?! Short surveys start then tou are blocked from completing, saying you dont qualify! Seems like a scam

Good way to get airlines rewards, easy and quick!! Good value for your time!! It's not a 5* because the Iberia rewards don't get "Elite points", only Avios.

I have been doing surveys for E-rewards for at least years, it was a great way of getting nectar points and saving them up for Christmas to use at Argos etc. However over the last year or so they are becoming a little too big for their boots. Having trouble logging into last year I found I had to verify myself, why this is a survey company not a government department. So I verified myself, now a year later I’m back in the same situation, though when I requested a link to Veriff their recommended verification site they wouldn’t send me one. If I wanted to verify myself I would have to set up an account with Veriff, no thanks. Now I find my account has been permanently suspended due to my breaching their E rewards terms & conditions. The annoying thing is I still have quite a few points collected and they will never tell you what you’ve done wrong. Don’t bother with this company, if you do make sure you constantly withdraw your points.

Recently joined but stopped after a few days. Checked on claiming rewards, they want a pic of me plus a passport or driving licence pic. No way. It's not the CIA or MI6 it's a rewards site(I think) or is it?

Do not use this company. Today was my last day after 11 years of completing surveys. It used to be good and you were given the points stated for completing surveys. Over the last year, things have declined. I have lost count of the amount of times l have spent time completing a survey and reaching the end to get the usual, sorry, we have closed the survey.

When you appeal, you used to get the points you were supposed to, but now you get told the qualifying questions can be at the beginning, middle or end of the survey. So, you can spend 30 minutes answering all their questions to be told you don’t qualify 🤣 isn’t it amazing when you’ve answered everything they want to know? They then try and tell you that the company don’t use your answers when they don’t award the points, really?

The other excuse they give is you didn’t complete the survey correctly, or spend enough time on it, but they won’t say exactly what you’ve done wrong. They think people are going to spend vast amounts of their time poring over every answer only to get nothing at the end of it 🤣.

Save your time, this company are now nothing more than a scam.

Scammers, do not use. Reporting to MP for failing to comply with uk law

Love doing Nectar canvas surveys, they soon mount up and then add to your Nectar balance.. brilliant! Very easy to cash in too
