I have done more than I want to admit of surveys that give me no points and when I enquirer as to why this happened, the company line is too repetitive answers, answer too quickly, blah blah, blah, blah.
It’s absolutely shameful when you’ve answered the ENTIRE survey and they do not award any points.
Once more, this happens so often that I’m done with this company. They should be investigated

Was good for a while, then account got banned randomly with no explanation.

Survey were okay and the points were awarded to my Avios account straight away. Did quite a lot of surveys in a short time as I needed a few more points for an awards flight.

2 weeks or so later, I can't login to my account, takes customer service over a week to respond asking me what the problem is (told them in the first email??). Managed to get in and suddenly no surveys or offers. I reach out to customer service again and get a copy and paste response that my account was suspended and to read the T&C's. No actual explanation or warning. If I never reached out I would have never known.

No point offering rewards for surveys if you're going to penalise them for (I assume) doing too many too quickly. Requested my data be deleted.
A shame as I was really enjoying the platform...

I got hooked by the opening offer of points, I did get lots of points just signing up, only took a few mins. I did all the surveys and they only took few mins, none took more than 5.
So, when I finished all that I just hated the way they push gambling on me. So I was hooked and bit desperate now to get more points. Surveys only giving me 40 avios, then suddenly a new obnoxious looking advertisement pops up offering me 1000s of avios.... No more surveys. Gaming they are pushing and some you need pay for. Massive jump from humble survey to full on gaming. Luckily I don't do gaming cause I don't know how, otherwise I would end up addicted to gaming just get avios...for a flight I might never get !! Why!! Cause cost of living is so high and people are under pressure to GO on holidays !

You get what you're offered. I'm not complaining, this is free and I earn miles for it. So many complaining over it...

I’m sent frequent emails inviting me to complete surveys. Even if I attempt the higher reward ones straight away, I get a message saying ‘this one filled quickly, try another’.

Out of dozens that I begin to complete, I’ve only had a couple that have successfully completed to give me rewards. With the rest, I get a few questions in only to be redirected back to the menu with the message ‘you’re a better fit elsewhere’. Not worth my time!

I have been using Avios For Thoughts for a while after they were recommended to me by the British Airways Club (Executive Club). Conducting their surveys has always been frustrating to say the least, but in recent months it has got a LOT worse, a lot worse to the point where they are now practically stealing your survey data and not rewarding you with the promised Avios! I can spend over an hour just trying to find a single survey that doesn't end early and kick me out after I answer just ONE question! On nearly EVERY survey I do get to attempt, I am eventually being told that I am not suitable to answer this survey. In most cases though, this is after I have completed roughly 80-85% of the survey!! In one recent 20 minute survey I was told that I wasn't suitable after roughly 19 and a half minutes of giving carefully thought out answers! I had practically completed the survey only for them to decide at the very end that I wasn't suitable! I can only conclude that this is blatant data theft! I complete approximately 85% of what I am told is a 20 minute survey, only for them to then end it early and not reward me! They of course have your answers and will reap the rewards from possessing your data while giving you sweet F.A in return!! In short Avios For Thoughts is a complete time-wasting scam! I am so surprised that a reputable company like British Airways is still recommending and working in partnership with a company like this!! Personally I don't think they deserve even one star on here but unfortunately TrustPilot doesn't permit you to give less!!

After having referred another person and them completing the necessary I did not receive my bonus points for this. After sending emails to aim to rectify i received same response they my referral had completed their part but no mention to my bonus points. Made a complaint with no response. Disappointed

In a nutshell Rubbish
You get a few minutes into the survey it then disappears and tells you me that the Survey isn’t for me / it’s expired try another one & that does the same
Over the past 10 days or so I’ve earned 120 points not worth bothering with I’m afraid 😦

They operate like a scam. A collection of surveys you can complete, many of which wasted me 5-6 minutes filling out the questionnaire before telling me I was not qualified. One Forsta marketing survey asked endless questions, wasted me 2 hours without end and compelled me to quit. I ended up not earning anything. Don't trust them; it's not worth squandering your precious time.

You get the email saying give us your thoughts. Click the link. Start a survey. Spend 5 minutes answering question to be told that survey is finished. Choose another, same again. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Never complete a survey. I think this is a scam taking all the information for free in their first questions.

Done many surveys but one day suspended my account without any prior notice, tried to delete my account but won’t let you only can deactivate it, they still keeping your detail in their system!

I have just deleted my account. It was great at first but now few times in a row I have finished the survey and instead of getting a reward I was told - survey is closed. Sounds like scam

Scam,scam, scam.....Spent 25 minutes on a survey and told at the end...NOT SUITABLE !!!
AVOID..AVOID..AVOID

They have no compliance or QA so survey companies can get 20mins or more of your time then state either they have had enough responses or you don’t qualify. Could be easily solved by forcing the survey companies to compensate you by % of completion. They know this is a problem for years but they cannot be bothered which tells you everything about A4T.

Just spent 10 minutes on a survey and them apparently i was not the correct fit, waste of time doing these, the e rewards are much better

My wife and I each completed the initial survey that is supposed to earn you 100 Avios. Neither of us were awarded any points. Seems like a scam and would not waste my time.

Avios For Thoughts is an absolute scam and a total waste of time. Despite completing the initial qualifying questionnaires they require, the daily email reminders to check for surveys are a constant source of frustration. Every time I log in, I'm told I don't qualify for any surveys.

In the past year, I’ve attempted to complete countless surveys, but more often than not, they simply say the survey has closed as soon as I click on it. I don't even qualify for the meager 2 Avios partial reward because I never make it far enough before being disqualified.

I strongly suspect that this company gathers micro data from participants through random qualifying questions and then disqualifies people once they’ve gathered enough data, avoiding the need to reward Avios. This practice feels exploitative and dishonest.

Avios For Thoughts is an appalling platform that seems to be designed to waste your time while giving you nothing in return. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this scam.

I have taken part in several surveys recently that lasted 25-30 mins and got chucked out within seconds of the end for not being what they are looking for, on one last point. Am not wasting any more of my time on this! Rubbish!!
