A Failed System !!!!
I've been doing Avios - value surveys for many years ... frustrating at times when you get kicked out after spending an age doing various questions .... and have recently had real problems logging in ... now have been kicked out for good .... like others ... they've suspended my account due to “multiple account violations” but won’t tell me what they are.

Just did three reviews and was kicked out of each and every one of them prior to completion. I am very surprised that BA even entertain this shower.
Waste of time.
Joined to earn extra Avios points, however you do the surveys often spending 15 minutes or more on one, only to be told they have enough responses and don’t need you! Instead of getting the advertised points they then give you 2 points instead. Won’t be doing any more.
Massive scam
Massive scam! I spent 40 minutes filling out a very detailed survey, only to be told I wasn't eligible right at the end
Waste of time
Waste of time. DO NOT fall into the trap of thinking this is a good way to boost Avios.. its not. Its a scam to get all your data! I feel so silly signing up to this.
Stealing data
I get lots of surveys and it’s nice to bump up my Avios points balance. What really annoys me is spending 20 minutes giving very valuable qualitative and quantitative data, only to be told I’m ‘not suitable for the survey’. I highly doubt that they delete my data yet they’re taking advantage of it and it feels wrong. There should just a few qualifying questions (2-3 mins at most) and then you’re guaranteed to be able to complete the survey.
Account suspended without any surveys!
I wasn't getting any surveys even after 3 months of registering. When I tried to reach out to support, I received email mentioning:
'Unfortunately, our system detected account violations and suspended your account.'
I hadn't filled in surveys and still my account was 'suspicious'. When I asked what was suspicious inspite of me not completing even a single survey, I was told:
'I am not able to provide specific details in relation to a case as it may compromise our internal security system processes.'
As per them my account is suspended but when I login to the portal I am still able to login. Weirdly before I raised the ticket with support, my profile was 100% complete. After I raised the ticket and received response about account suspension, when I logged in my profile was 94% complete. I could answer a few more questions and my profile was 100% complete again!
How is that permanently suspended!

Wasted half an hour thinking I could get the welcome bonus. No every survey I did I apparently wasn't suitable for ?

A total waste of time. I have tried to do 5 surveys, spent 30 minutes of my precious time and after I have answered quite a few it tells me I am not suitable. Youve taken my answers for nothing. Its a con! If you do manage to do a survey you 3p in your Avios account.

Suspended my account due to “multiple account violations” but won’t tell me what they are. All I have done is fill out a few surveys to help my Avios balance. These people are not to be trusted. I’ll be making a formal complaint to Dynata.
Fraud merchants
Recently joined, filled in all the profile details so I would receive more relevant surveys. On numerous occasions I have completed 15+ mins of surveys , 2 this week said 100% completed then told me that they didn’t need any more participants and then only gave me token 2 Avios points instead of the quoted amount.

I would avoid this company, part of the Dynata group (who also have very bad reviews) do not let them have access to your data. They use any excuse not to fulfil their side of partnership and keep quoting T&Cs but they hold the cards!
Don’t take my word for for it - read all the reviews here and for Dynata, so many complaints and this company have access to a lot of data that they share? Worrying to say the least?
I have done like 10 survey..
I have done like 10 survey... They keep making me questions for like 10/15 min and after they say that unfortunately there are no survey available..... When you already have answered all the questions. They then give you 2 points instead of 40/80. Useless.
Far too often after completing a survey…
Far too often after completing a survey no points as promised are awarded. The response from customer support was very poor on the last occasion this happened .
Unable to register - invalid email format!!
Formerly with Rewards for Thoughts, never any issues. Cannot register with Avios for Thoughts, get an error message saying your email address is not a valid format regardless of which email address I try and which browser. Agents respond quickly (to my supposedly invalid email) but just suggest using a different email address! Complete waste of time.

In many attempts to register, I was faced with "postcode does not exist". The agent suggested I try a different browser. Firefox, Chrome, and Safari - and still the same error message. Then, the agent asked me to input a different postcode. So I tried quite a few (including 10 Downing Street) and in varying formats (uppercase, lowercase, space, no space) and still the same error message. Only after that did the agent admit that a different company was responsible for the postcode database, and they were chasing them up. I just wish the agent had been upfront from the start! Total waste of time, and gave up trying.
A complete waste of time by any means
Took 3 months and around 15-20 emails for support team to fix a bug by which I couldn't sign up (their fault). After that, it's all about answering some questions in advance to start a survey and then "you are not eligible for this survey". By then, you have already given them some info they want. So, you end up telling them your life for a penny.
Also none of the promos I was offered before signing up worked, and I had to file a complaint every time, which obviously took some more days to be resolved. A total waste of time.
Avois for thoughts (previously called Rewards…
Avois for thoughts used to be Rewards for Avios which had a pretty grim score on Trustpilot.
However, I personally never had any issue with Rewards for thoughts, I used to get my Avios credited to my account within 5 days.
Avios for thoughts is a leap and jump above this timescale - do a survey and my Avios balance is credited within minutes!!
Ive only had a couple of surveys so far where I wasnt suitable, but you cant be suitable for them all, so just move on to the next one!
Cant fault Avios for Thoughts so far :)
