Erratic
Erratic, not well managed. It’s meant to suggest appropriate surveys that match your criteria but that doesn’t happen. Waste time trying to enter surveys
Doesn’t always pick up points from having attempted to enter survey and you get slung out part way through
On the other hand, it’s an additional way to collect Nectar points! You need to check availability early each day, they fill quickly. Ok if you’ve got nothing better to do.

Si todo funciona bien, perfecto, pero si hay algún problema es imposible resolverlo porque NUNCA contestan. Entiendo que han despedido a todos los empleados de atención al cliente. Más de 20 mails vía formulario de contacto por no recibir puntos de encuestas completadas, indicando encuesta y puntos y CERO respuestas.
Surveys for no reward
I qualified and began a study but after I had spent significant time, effor and my DATA on this survey (at least 10 minutes) and had answered loads of survey questions it suddenly redirected to a page that stated "This one filled fast" and provided asbsolutly no explanation why or compenesation for my time, data and effort. This keeps occurring but the company just shrugs its shoulders and says "too bad". This is a thinly veiled way to get your precious data for no compensation. Disgraceful.
Not to be trusted
It was ok for a few years but then suddenly for no reason they permanently suspended my account meaning I had no access to rewards I had built up. Beware this survey site as they are not trustworthy and they turned nasty at the end.
Nothing changes much
[This is a solicited review, following a link that e-rewards sent me.]
Nothing changes, other than cosmetic homepage frippery.
Still WAY too many surveys that screen you out even after 40+ minutes of time spent. Sometimes a complaint will get some points awarded, but often not. It's theft of time and data IMO.
eRewards should be screening the survey /compilers/, not just the survey takers... any survey that isn't validating as it goes along, should carry a warning - allow a member to choose to do it, at risk of not getting a reward at the end. Still too many badly compiled surveys with leading questions and forced answers.
All this is on top of a dwindling number of 'Rewards Partners' and the fact they they will not enable/allow me to collect IHG points even though the homepage mocks me by scrolling "IHG Rewards" in my face!
I fully expect this 2-star rating to be drowned in 5-star ones, based on "how would you rate our *customer services* - obviously done to dilute the effect of the negative reviews on the surveys themselves. But hey-ho, this is Trustpilot after all...
Veryinteresting surveys
Just very interesting surveys that you get rewarded for completing! Some can really make you think! Try it, you won’t be disappointed!
Yet again no reward despite completing a survey.
I got all the way through as survey and after completing all the questions was told I wasn't a good fit and got no points. The survey was about Crown paints and my opinion of them has worsened as a result. This is not a one off and unfortunately seems to be happening much more frequently.

Good, but sometimes don't fit. Surely it should be consistent when this happens as sometimes you don't progress straight away.
Great for some extra nectar points
Enables me to accumulate nectar points to then save to spend on my shopping. It’s not life changing, but every little helps. Although rare, on occasions I have completed a survey only to then receive the message ‘you are not a good fit for this survey’ after completion meaning the points aren’t accumulated, which can be annoying, but as I said, this is rare.
Over bureaucratic and misleading survey times
There are plenty of survey opportunities but there are many areas where improvements are needed.
1. When a survey invitation is sent out, I click on the link and then have to log in. Why can't this be automatic?
2. Some surveys have misleading times. They state 15 minutes, for example, and then after clicking them you receive the message the survey will take 20 minutes. Worse are the ones which state 5 minutes and 15 minutes later you are still doing what appears to be the same survey.
3. Rewards are a pain. Having logged in why is it necessary to get my mobile to receive a SMS to prove it is me when trying to claim a reward? Unnecessary bureaucracy.
I occasionally do surveys for other companies and there system is much friendlier and straightforward.

I enjoy doing the surveys and polls for this survey company, they are varied and interesting, easy to complete and rewards are sent promptly.
Been using e-Rewards for years
Been using e-Rewards for years and love collecting Nectar points as can spend in store, on TU, Argos & Habitat - very useful.
I've recently been in touch with the team regarding the age verification and wans to thank Kristine from the e-Rewards Opinion Panel for her help as she sorted the issue so quickly.
The only things I'd like to add are:
- The verification of the app actually took me months to sort because each time I tried to use it it advised 'system is down' and even when I had completed the verification I had to contact the Support Team for assistance, and that itself isn't very straight forward.
- When completing surveys, I've noticed that some of the 200/250 reward surveys will allow you to answer all of the questions, appear to be 90% done and then on the last few pages advise that you don't qualify and even after spending the 20/30 minutes on the survey, you then end up with 10 points rather than the 200/250 you were expecting. I've noticed it on a certain design of survey so likely to be from the same company/brand. Very disappointing and I must be owed a few hundred points just from those.
BUT overall it is a great service, and very fruitful.
Great survey application
Great survey application. Nice to earn for survey participation. Sometimes the surveys are repetitive over time. Little frustrating to answer a lot of qualifying questions and then not qualify to participate. Sometimes the surveys are very long. Overall, it's worth digging deep.
Instant fast payout
Great survey site
I think this is overall a fantastic survey site. Fairly easy to accumulate points that I redeem weekly for nectar points. Going to save them up for christmas. Yes I get filtered out of many surveys but hey ho. There are many surveys every day but for some reason there seems to be far fewer on a weekend which is ironically when I have the most time to spare. It's fab though. Far better than YOUGOV or Y-LIVE.
Very low reward for the effort involved.
Often screened out of surveys right at the end - nil points.
The pay rate works out about £2 per hour.
There is constant nagging to play online games, that I am not interested in. There is no way to filter out these messages.
Only take part if you don't mind the above.

Dependable and Professional
I like e-Rewards because of the variety of the surveys, the professionalism that goes into compiling them and the rewards that are given. In addition, their technical team is first-class; they are quick and efficient in dealing with queries.
Horrible Customer Service
I couldn't log in to my account after I came back from my holidays abroad. I contacted their customer service and I was told that they detected account violations and suspended my account (after 15 years). I explained that i was away for 10 days and didn't use my account at all but didn't get any reply..
Help desk experience
I contacted the help desk after reaching the final questions of a survey about specific brands, only to be told at the end that I was “a better fit elsewhere,” despite already spending longer than the estimated completion time on it. When I followed up, I was then told the survey had been halted because I was allegedly not completing it to a high enough standard — supposedly rushing or giving brief answers.
This was surprising and frustrating, as the survey mostly consisted of tick-box questions, which I answered honestly and appropriately. Being allowed to complete almost the entire survey and then being disqualified at the end, followed by criticism of the quality of my responses, feels unfair and a poor experience overall. In general the surveys take much longer than stated.
