THEY LOST 6000 OF MY POINTS THEY WERE SENT TO HILTON HONOURS ON THE 12/9/2023. HILTON NEVER RECIVED THEM , I BEEN A MEMBER FOR SOME TIME NOW, BUT THIS IS END. NO WONDER THEY DONT HAVE A TELEPHOE NUMBER.

I have been a member of e-Rewards panel for over 8 years and reached Diamond status but this seems not to bother them with their latest problem.
Everything was fine until they introduced that Veriff thing to verify accounts when redeeming rewards. I get so far and get your mobile verification is complete but then when I put the telephone number in the next stage of their Veriff process I get told "You have entered an invalid phone number too many times. Please wait 10 min and try again" - I have been doing that for the past EIGHT DAYS and getting nowhere with their Help.

ENJOY. DOING IT WHEN WATCHING TV. THAT's SHOWS WHAT RUBBISH THERE IS NOT. NORMALLY DO ABOUT 20minsTO AN HOUR.

If I could give no stars I would. Have been doing surveys for a few years cashed points in at summer no problem. Decided as I had £100 to cash them in. Was asked to verify my details which I did. It flashed up a voucher for Lakeland and then Blocked me. Asked for help and got an abrupt email from Sam saying my account is permanently suspended. No asking for further proof of identification, just permanently suspended. I’m starting to get my suspicions it to prevent me cashing in my points.

great for regular surveys and easy to build up rewards.have been using for many years without any issues

Just got to 5000 points again and claimed. Just had to accept a text message and enter the number online. One of the few survey companies I bother with these days. Thanks guys and girls.

I am disgusted with this company.
I have been doing their surveys for years. Everything was fine until they introduced that Veriff thing to verify accounts when redeeming rewards.
I could not get the thing to work properly and I have been told that my account is permanently suspended!
I have done nothing wrong and they have treated me like a common criminal!

Its well worth completing the surveys when you have some spare time. You soon save up the rewards!

Nothing exceptional, hence 3 stars. Enjoy the surveys, could do with more frequently.

The reward points are generally sent in less than 28 days. Usually just a day or so.

Interesting surveys over a variety of subjects. The rewards are good.

I've been using E rewards since 2018, and sine their 'revamp' have been earning way more rewards through surveys. Some of the surveys can be a little dull, but overall it is worth it for the amount they have saved me on my groceries at Sainsburys (over £100 this last month alone!) Will continue to use for as long as I am saving so much, a real godsend in the current cost of living crisis!

Simple & easy to get rewards. A little bit of time builds up rewards & the options of receiving the rewards is good & very quick.

it is always nice to be asked my opinion and be awarded points for every completed survey I do. I can then redeem my accumulated points for vouchers. The voucher codes arrive by email virtually straight away which is an excellent service.

Great survey portal. Interesting and varied surveys with good rewards program.
