Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

It is disappointing however that the review omits so much of the context of why your order was cancelled.

Your order was cancelled as you had in fact selected the incorrect shipping method, potentially leading to a situation where your international package would be delivered after you had left the country.

You had advised us that you had intended to select the Express option and needed the package to be delivered within 5 calendar days (4 Working Days) at which point you would be leaving the country.

You had in fact, selected the Economy Shipping option which delivers in 8-12 Working Days meaning that the package was estimated to be delivered between 6 and 12 calendar days after you had left the country.

Given the time-sensitive nature of your request and the risk of the parcel arriving after your departure, we made the decision to cancel the order to avoid further complications (examples: customs clearance, signed for delivery etc).

We also invited you to place a new order using the Express option and provided guidance on the likelihood of timely delivery.

We always aim to be clear and proactive in our communication, especially where delivery timelines are concerned. Unfortunately we couldn't guarantee delivery before you left the country - something that is somewhat beyond our control.

If you have any further issues regarding this order please feel free to reply to the last email that we sent to you and we will be happy to provide you with a further response there.

Please refer to your Confirmation Email which, along with our order system, confirms that you had selected the slower Economy Service. This is also why you were charged the lower delivery fee at the time of checkout.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you're still disappointed following your recent communication with us.

We understand that in your earlier email, you indicated a negative review might follow if the matter wasn’t resolved to your satisfaction.

While we always take customer concerns seriously, our decisions are based on fairness and consistency, in alignment with both consumer rights and our company policy. These principles guide how we support all our customers, and we don’t shape our decisions based on the prospect of negative reviews. We believe this approach helps us maintain integrity and ensures that everyone is treated equally.

With regard to the trainers you contacted us about, we’ve carefully reviewed the issue and found that the wear you highlighted appears to be consistent with wear and tear, rather than a manufacturing fault. We do appreciate that you may see things differently, and we’re genuinely sorry this has led to disappointment.

It’s worth noting that we’ve sold a significant number of these trainers and haven’t received similar complaints or returns. Given that you’ve experienced this twice (albeit with different retailers) it may be that the wear is related to usage and expectations around durability, rather than a fault in the product itself.

We’ve also reviewed our communications with you and are confident they were handled professionally and courteously throughout.
