Well Habitualskin what can I say ,On the 12th of august I ordered there Night routine £110 for a Birthday gift for my daughter I tracked it and it stated been delivered shock horror it was delivered and signed for by myself but a completely different address I emailed Chelsea the Co-Founder who replied to me on the Saturday the 18th of august after I left a review on trustpilot ,Well after a few emails back and forth and I was told a new order had been sent out but it really hadn’t this was one email I received, Hi Margaret,

Understand the urgency, hopefully the £110.00 refund can be compensation for our mistake and allow you get her something else + the products when we they eventually arrive.

Hope your daughter had a good birthday and the products arrive shortly. We have now sold out of the advanced restoring serum so you have one of the last ones :)

The Habitual Skin Team I don’t think I will be re purchasing from this company they really are very unprofessional and I feel very wronged by them for misleading me as I waited so long on the new order arriving and the refund to eventually come back to me I already had to purchase different gifts for my daughter as there’s items never arrived Not nice people to deal with at all Margaret OConnor.

Still waiting for my delivery, ordered 11 days ago though they say 1-3 days, tracking said it was on it's way 9 days ago! E-mailed them 3 time only one reply, just not helpful

Awful service. Large part of order never arrived, No refund given and emails ignored by business.

Please be aware that export charges may apply if you are in the UK! I paid for the triple pack of vitamin C serum, having read good reviews. Free delivery. However, I unexpectedly received notification from Royal Mail that I would not receive the goods until payment of over £50 in import duty was made, as the goods had come from Europe. I was unable to justify this extra payment and so rejected the goods. This was hugely disappointing. The redeeming fact is that on contacting Habitual Skin, they have refunded the order. I hope that they are able to supply more from the UK in the future.

The products are great . They do really good bundled deals and their delivery is as promised .
Be careful of checkout after purchase . Offers are flashed up on the screen while you are heading for payment. Despite me not accepting I noticed I was billed for an additional product that I had refused .

I must give them credit for realising my annoyance . I received an Email from them offering me a 50% discount without having to return the additional item .
It’s rare a company makes amends so fast and so generously .
Use them , they are great .
