I had a problem with an order that I didn’t mean to make and throughout the weekend I was quite panicked that I wouldn’t hear a response in time. However, I woke up Monday morning with two emails from the company ensuring me they would tend to my issue and make sure I wasn’t incorrectly charged.
I probably was a little unfair in emailing the company three times over the weekend but I really was in a bit of a panic. They took care of everything and fixed my issue. I haven’t received the requested refund yet but they did assure me it’s coming and for that I give their customer service 5 stars. I cannot review the product yet but as soon as I can, I will.

Great serum, customer service not so good.
I've been using this product for two weeks & I'm very happy with it. It is recommended as being one of the top three vitamin C serums, it's creamy, absorbs quickly & leaves a smooth surface for moisturiser/makeup etc. It has a natural aroma & excellent packaging which work to protect the active ingredients.
I mistakenly ordered 2 bottles & although I changed the order within minutes it was not updated & I was later instructed to return the product if not required. As I've now tried the product & like it I won't be returning but was not impressed by the customer service handling, hence only 4 stars.

I found the retinol serum and face and neck cream to be very cheaply made. You can tell a quality product as soon as you dispense it and then put it on your skin and this is not a quality product. It made no difference to my skin at all and even dried it out. Cheap budget cream with a pricey price tag. Only reason I gave it two stars was for prompt delivery.

Excellent skincare that works
As always a quick and easy check out but the products speak for them selves. I've been using Habitual products for about a year or so as I was really suffering with acne breakouts at the time. After using these products daily, my skin has never looked better, I may get the odd spot now and then but nothing compared to previously. Very dissapponting. Don’t waste your money
I received the retinol serum and peptide face & neck cream for Christmas. It wasn’t cheap and I did a lot of product reading before I chose this, but I have to say I am so disappointed.
I’m 48 and felt I needed something more for wrinkles so I researched retinol.
I actually feel like my skin looks older after just 1 month, less hydrated and more wrinkles on my cheeks.
I could tell from the first application that it wasn’t very hydrating, not a nice consistency of either product and the packaging/pump is very flimsy.
It was a waste of money and I’ve paid to revert back to my old skincare regime. A fraction of the price and hydrates my skin a lot more.

Fabulous products
Used a variety of products over the last few months and without exception they are all great and I would highly recommend. The only downside is that you cannot see how much product is left as the containers are mostly opaque plus my biggest gripe is the small pump action bottles, difficult to depress and then too much product comes out so difficult to get just one small pump of product. I think these definitely need to be improved, maybe a clear panel down the side of the opaque bottles? Otherwise as previously said I would definitely recommend
