Proper product info available including the size table. BUT regardless the fact that the shopping cart overview stated that I am eligble for free delivery, when moving ahead to checkout, the delivery cost were added to the final sum. I claimed this to Dryrobe and first they just apologized without refund. Then they asked me to help them to locate where in their process the fault occurred. After that they refunded the delivery costs. At first I gave them 3 stars, but I must raise the evaluation to 5 since one never can avoid all the mistakes in the world but admitting one and willingness to fix it is a sign of customer oriented culture (of course the refund also had an impact). Also responses were promt and without unnecessary delays.

Excellent customer service

So far so good. Got a robe with a slight pull in it but as its a gift I wanted it to be perfect. No problem return process, very apologetic and promise of replacement.
Very good company to deal with, I wish others would follow them in level of service provided. Highly recommend dealing with them, a trustworthy company indeed. Well done!

Customer service is none existent, live chat or by phone no one seems to answer, poor, all I wanted to do was to exchange for a small size so cancelled the order.

I love love love these dry robes. I have looked with envy at them on other people but I was always wanted one.
But now am an outside swimmer I splurged. I have a green camo one with a gorgeous pink inside. I got a man’s one so it almost touches the ground which is what I wanted they are constructed so well and everyone comments on it and of course it keeps you dry and snuggly before and then crucially after the sea swim ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I'm absolutely delighted with my dryrobe® and the overall experience.

The quality of the jacket is outstanding and it has definitely lived up to my expectations.

What impressed me even more was the customer service. Every time I had a question, I received a friendly and very quick response. I initially ordered one size, then decided to compare it with another size. I even accidentally placed an order for the wrong size again, but the team cancelled it immediately and helped me without any hassle.

Throughout the whole process, they were incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating. It's rare to experience customer service that's this efficient and genuinely focused on helping the customer.

I couldn't be happier with both my dryrobe® and the support I received. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered a Dryrobe online for an upcoming international scuba diving trip. The ordering process was quick and straightforward. The following morning, I received an email confirming that my order had been received and was being processed. Within 24 hours, the product had shipped via the United States Postal Service.

What stood out most throughout this experience was Dryrobe's customer service.

My package was moving through the USPS system as expected with a scheduled delivery date of Friday. However, once it reached Nashville, Tennessee, tracking updates stopped. Friday passed with no delivery, followed by Saturday and Monday. The tracking information continued to show the package in the Nashville area with no indication of movement.

I contacted both USPS and Dryrobe regarding the delayed shipment. Dryrobe responded promptly, monitored the shipment, and proactively communicated with me regarding the status of the package. Most importantly, they provided clear options should the package ultimately be deemed lost. Throughout the delay, I received multiple updates from their team, which gave me confidence that the issue was being taken seriously.

When the package was finally delivered, it was well-packaged and the product exceeded my expectations.

As a scuba instructor, frequent traveler, and EMS Training Chief, I place a high value on professionalism, communication, and customer support. Delays within the shipping system can happen and are often outside a company's control. What matters is how a company responds when things do not go according to plan. In this case, Dryrobe demonstrated a commitment to customer service that is becoming increasingly rare.

Based on both the quality of the product and the support I received throughout the shipping delay, I would not hesitate to recommend Dryrobe to fellow divers, outdoor professionals, first responders, and travelers.

Have brought a few dry robes and products pass few years cannot fault the High quality and comfort would not buy anything else.

It's very rare in this 'disposable' world to find a company who have a great ethos and produce quality products, let alone one that provides fabulous customer service.

What an amazing experience, both in terms of product and customer service. I did do my research before purchasing a dry robe, and was about to buy another one, much cheaper but when I saw their reviews, I researched further. When I came across dryrobe the original and read their reviews, inspected the product as much as I could, I felt much more confident, even though it was more expensive.

On receiving, the item I was blown away by the quality, it was in a different league to my friends, I was so excited. Unfortunately it was too big, so I needed to exchange.

The customer service from Claudia was exceptional it is a very long time since I have experienced such attention detail, nothing was a problem, prompt, polite - knew my name upon calling - I was blown away.

I'll be buying more items, and recommended as much as I can because, high quality products, complimented with exceptional customer service is rare and deserves loyalty, - thank you so much.

Avoid ordering from Dryrobe! While the products appear good, returns aren’t accepted. I’ve been waiting two weeks for a refund despite numerous apologies from dryrobe and no resolution. I was sending the package via DHL. Dryrobe provided the refund label. However DHL clearly states the package was delivered but Dryrobe lost it and won’t refund me. Dryrobe delivered unacceptable apologies that DHL only delivers to a hub from where it’s send to the warehouse. Dryrobe only issues a refund if it’s in their warehouse even tho there processes don’t work. I’ve also filed a claim through PayPal’s buyer protection. The customer support is completely unacceptable.

Parcel ordered and not arrived.
I have waited nearly three weeks for a resolution from DryRobe.
Until they improve their customer care, I cannot recommend this retailer.

A fault with the stitching developed on a fairly new DryRobe. I used the website portal to log the issue and had a reply within 24 hours. Clear explanation of what to do to return the item free and the promise of a new replacement once received. Thank you to Rochelle for great customer service and getting back to me so quickly. I have no reason to suppose there will be any issues with the return from here. Thank you. Will definitely buy from you again.

I’ve purchased a number of dryrobe products over the years. The quality is always exceptional - and our kit still look great after years of significant use.
