It takes a lot to write a review, its easy to write a review when a business misses the mark, it a rare to take the time to praise a business when they do well. In this case I need to give it to DryRobe. Lucy in the customer service team was amazing. I placed 2 orders after I realised the first would not make it in time, I ordered another with faster shipping. Not only did Lucy quickly swoop in a cancel the first order, but also kept me up to date with the other! I was expecting to receive it and then return it. But this saved my time and DryRobes. Thanks you for fantastic customer service.

I bought several Dryrobes, mostly about 5 years ago. They have had only light use but the Dryrobes have been great - mostly for changing at the beach/river, or camping in the UK. Dryrobes 5*****. Compression bags 1*. I was tempted by the compression bags because I thought they were drybags and they would last. They are not as good as purpose-made drybags and, with very little use, the inner lining inside one bag has split in several places and the valve has detached from the bag. A £35 bag is now useless and I definitely wouldn't buy the bag again. I contacted Dryrobe and they did respond very quickly, to their credit, but only to tell me the product was out of warranty and they could only offer a 10% discount on a new bag. Most companies will give a 10% discount for any reason if asked so this was not really an offer. I am particularly disappointed because I thought Dryrobe catered to a serious outdoors activities market but the compression bags are not serious products and not designed to last.

Follow up to response from Dryrobe below:
5 days later I have still not heard anything further from the customer services department. Their previous comment shows that their performance guarantee does not apply implying these are almost disposable products. Unfortunately I can’t upload photos to show how the material has just disintegrated and not along the seam. Poor quality material used for bag.

I’ve always believed that paying for quality pays off, however, my experience was not the case.. After purchasing and receiving my DryRobe after one session of wear, taking my dogs out a walk in the rain.... I had to sponge the slight mud (we are not talking major mud so let me make this clear) marks off knowing this item was light grey and visible.... these did not come off, washed following instructions with no joy. After contacting customer service, . not direct with Dry Robe, via third party supplier, only to be told that Dry Robe shared this was a customer mistake.... we bounced back three or four times via email as I couldn't believe they never once asked me to send the product back for inspection in case of quality control.. Really annoyed with response, given the price paid and indeed had a three month payment plan, basically still paying for goods that were faulty and stains still within.... VERY disappointed, actually blown away with situation for a company this size and reputation. This proved is not always about the price you pay its also the follow up service on issues being raised and actually checking the full story before making the final call.. A call would have been more apt with the correct parties..

Dryrobe advances.
The zip opening on the internal waterproof pocket is too tight to easily get an iPhone in. Wrote to the company, they acknowledge that the internal pocket size has been changed. Their marketing blurb says this pocket is ideal for your phone - how can that be so if an ordinary phone does not fit?

The service from Dryrobe was fantastic. The same cannot be said for the courier DHL. The coat sat in Eindhoven for several days, when I said to you what was happening, you had already said delivery was between the 1 to 4 May. On the 4 May the packet was sat in Eindhoven, hence me contacting yourselves.
On Monday evening I received an email from DHL saying the packet would be delivered on the Wednesday 6 May. This morning when I was out for an appointment another email arrived saying the packet would be delivered today. As you know it was delivered, luckily a neighbour saw the delivery and took it in for me.
Great product, hopeless delivery service.
I can only add this is not the first time this year DHL have sat on a parcel and not delivered for days.

Superb customer service! I had an issue with sizing, although I had worn the Dryrobe once they allowed me to return it for a full refund or exchange. Return was free! It was hassle free and they were just so easy and pleasant to deal with. Well done Dryrobe!

Customer service quickly responded and have made everything to correct my mistake. As a result, I received nice service, cool customer experience and my mistake DryRobe support guys made magic so I didn't have any loss of my mistake.

I think when it comes to a brand and how they do/ they are it can’t get better then this!

Had a problem with my zip, so contacted the customer services, they were so helpful, had to send through photos - turned out to be ‘user error’ 😌 but was really impressed with how quickly they responded.

So impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend them.

What an excellent service provided by Dryrobe. My zip had got stuck and with no issues I was offered a replacement Dryrobe. When I explained I was heading on holiday a new jacket was issued without the old one even being back at the warehouse. I could not fault the kindness and efficiency shown by the staff, in particular Ellie and Rochelle. Within 4 days of emailing I had a new robe - happy customer. Will definitely recommend to others and will be a continued customer going forward. Thanks again.

Made an order through the website which was very easy.
Unfortunately the courier didn’t deliver as advertised.
Contact with DryRobe was simple and very effective.
Rochelle and Claudia couldn’t have been more helpful, dispatched a replacement to a new address immediately and I had the product the next day.

I made a mistake on an order involving not using a discount code and ordering an incorrect item. I called customer services, the phone was answered promptly and everything was resolved brilliantly. Ellie was a star, thank you.

Dry robe makes it even more fun to dip into cold water because I know I get to put on my dryrobe when I get out! Cold water swimming builds community in so many ways. Thanks for being part of this community who connects thru nature, joy and health.
