Terrible service. As a first time customer I have had an awful experience from dry robe.
I haven’t ordered before and the process seemed too quick on line. I wasn’t able to check the payment method before I purchased.
I emailed customer services to say I had ordered in error and can I cancel. I did get a reply over 24 hours later. At this point the order had not been dispatched.
The reply said they would do their best to cancel the order and let me know.
The order arrived today and I did not receive a follow up email. Just awful.
Customers are clearly not at the centre of the business.

The items purchased were excellent and delivered exactly as promised. What really made the difference though was the amazing customer service. I made a mistake cutting off a tag, entirely my fault, and a replacement tag was shipped immediately without any charge. Thankyou all.

I've always loved the products, already owned the classic changing robes for all the family. Ordered a seat cover to keep mud off the car seats. Product is brilliant and does the job perfectly, it's a great fit for a 2013 BMW 3 series front seat.
So far, so much what you'd expect. But it's the customer service that's prompted me to write this review. I realised I'd left an old address in my profile so the delivery was sent to the wrong place. My fault. I tried to change it then the courier returned it to Dryrobe. I got in touch with Dryrobe and they sorted it straight away, the seat cover was despatched the same day and arrived the next day.
I think the true test of companies is how they respond when things don't quite go to plan - this was my mistake but they sorted it immediately without any fuss or quibble. Absolutely perfect, thank you!

If you are looking for a totally waterproof coat for either outdoor swims or walks cannot recommend the DryRobe enough, I recently purchased after liaising with their customer service team who were so helpful and friendly and prompt in responding to my enquiries, that I felt very reassured and confident in making such an investment. Thank you to all the Customer Service team, I almost don’t mind walking outside now in the current downpours!!!

What started off as a disappointing experience turned into a really good one thanks to the amazing Customer Service team at Dryrobe - Ellie and Rochelle specifically! What had happened was I purchased an item which was showing as available on the website, only to not receive it in the post and to find out 1 week later that the order had been cancelled by the warehouse as the item was no longer in stock - hence the disappointment! However, the Dryrobe team were able to send me out a replacement of my choosing via express delivery and also offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. They were super responsive and friendly. So 10 out of 10 for the staff! Would recommend despite the warehouse mix-up and disappointment at not receiving my original choice of item.

I had always wanted a Dryrobe and about 2 years ago I took the plunge . Best decision of my life . Never looked back . What an amazing purchase and a lot of my friends have seen whether wuslity iand also invested in buying one . I’ve had people stop me in the street asking about it … People don’t hesitate if you want a Dryrobe go for it you will never look back . Delivery was as expected and in time . Thank you Dryrobe

I bought a dryrobe from Ebay and after having it a couple of years the zip broke they sent a replacement zip out for me at a small cost.
They helped massively and were a credit they've even sent me a replacement dryrobe zip tag free of charge as mine was misplaced.

The dryrobe itself is warm and very good in the rain but we have had nothing but trouble with the zip getting stuck I’ve had to climb out of it on several occasions it’s a little frustrating when you I have got to get it off quickly to play my sport.

It feels like I am dealing with a small business that has just set up its first e-commerce shop back in 2002. I placed an order, only to receive an automated email 14 hours later stating there would likely be a delay of up to two working days before my item is even dispatched due to a stock take. There was absolutely no mention of this on the website prior to my purchase; had I known, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
When I emailed customer services to request that they at least upgrade my order to next day delivery to compensate, I received a copy-paste response that simply regurgitated the information from the initial delay email. Furthermore, customer services are only available until 3:30pm on Fridays. I am certain Dryrobe will spin this as a wellbeing feature if they reply to this review, but it is nothing more than a nuisance for those of us who work longer hours during the week. To top it off, despite the delay being their fault, I am unable to cancel the order. I will definitely not be buying from Dryrobe again. Absolute amateurs.

Hugely frustrating experience! I ordered a floormat as a gift for my sister and 2 weeks later still no item! Delivery was attempted by DPD once and then sent to a locker. The QR code didn't work, so went back the next day and it still didn't work. No response when I raised an issue via the dryrobe web form. Via live chat I was told I would have to wait the 48hours for it to time out and the item would be sent back, and that they would send me a replacement. Days go by and I hear nothing, so I contact live chat again. I'm assured one will be sent out via next day delivery and tracking instructions will be sent. 2 days later I hear nothing so I email requesting details to be told delivery will take 4-6 days! In response I shared evidence of being assured my delivery was for next day, and now have received an email saying there will be a 2 day delay as they are undertaking "stock take". Absolutely not good enough!! Shocking service!!

They chased my order the original coat ordered never arrived however was sent out a replacement immediately & arrived the next day
I want to say a personal thank you to Sally who went above and beyond to resolve the matter
Good old customer Service which makes it a good company before & after ordering

I enquired about a replacement zip for a Dryrobe someone was selling on Vinted which had a damaged zipper. Customer service were prompt and suggested 2 great sustainable options - one was I could purchase a zip from them and have someone local to me replace it, and the second option was I could send the Dryrobe to them (at my expense) and for the zip to be replaced by their team and then sent back (return postage taken care of). Either of these options are brilliant and means if there is a problem with the zip and it's out of warranty time - you can still get it repaired and get the most out of it. Also - if someone is selling one due to a problem with the zip - you can get it sorted. Having more detailed info on their website regarding these options would be helpful to others, but thanks goes to the customer service team.
