With any organisation that provides a customer service, it is the people that deliver the promise every day that make the difference.
In the case of Pendragon the one single person who makes the greatest impact whilst they are working on our account and that is Zoe Niven.
On every occasion that Zoe that has taken on a VOR vehicle, she has found a way to either have the vehicle booked into a dealer that was full for weeks, or locates a part that had been on back order for a month. how she does this is a skill very few people have.
Zoe also contributes fully to our weekly meeting with our senior Ops manager who has commented on Zoe's contribution to reducing our VOR %
Zoe is an great asset to Pendragon and the wider Lithia group.

Both Nancy and Ellie are outstanding! Nothing is too much trouble and they definitely deliver on customer service and reliability. They always call when they say they will and represent as excellent ambassadors for Lithia (prev Pendragon). They listen to our needs and fully understand our business from both a positive and negative side. They are aways willing to offer positive suggestions including some outside the box, that we may have overlooked initially.
We have explored the option of sourcing our vehicles elsewhere, and if it were not for this awesome pair, we would not be here writing this review!

Initial response from company was slow. I had to chase and contact them after the fourth day. Once an agent was on the case (Cherelle) it moved very quickly and effortlessly with fast replies to questions.

My only gripe is that when I first tried to phone Pendragon on 0800 072 0262, the phone rings then just cuts off. Finally managed to get through on 01332 267 333 and spoke to Cherelle, who I must say has been most helpful.She explained the procedure to get a hire car and subsequently what I had to do to get reimbursed. She has also been very swift with her replies, I would say an asset to your team. It’s just a shame I’ve had to wait 8 days before the claim was finally approved, due to a request for Vauxhall Warranty to give a goodwill payment, Hence no hire car until today, as my car won’t be repaired for another week, by the looks of things!
