Super service

I needed to report a change so I followed the instructions in my agreement. The representative made the change and replied to say it had been done. Super speedy response with a professional, friendly touch. Fabulous.

Great Customer Service

Pendragon have been supplying our cars for over 30 years and we have always received exceptional service

Nancy has been our account manager for many of those years and I have found her to be very professional and she has a great attention to detail in what she does

Customer Service excellent

With any organisation that provides a customer service, it is the people that deliver the promise every day that make the difference.

In the case of Pendragon the one single person who makes the greatest impact whilst they are working on our account and that is Zoe Niven.
On every occasion that Zoe that has taken on a VOR vehicle, she has found a way to either have the vehicle booked into a dealer that was full for weeks, or locates a part that had been on back order for a month. how she does this is a skill very few people have.
Zoe also contributes fully to our weekly meeting with our senior Ops manager who has commented on Zoe's contribution to reducing our VOR %

Zoe is an great asset to Pendragon and the wider Lithia group.
please pass on our gratitude for every thing Zoe does for phs Group.

Delivering on their Promises

It is great to deal with a business that knows the value of a customer. contract orders and support team

To follow on from the review i left on the Enhanced Maintainance team. I would also like to thank both Abbie Shorter and Nancy pavey for their amazing, fast and efficient contract support on new orders and fleet control. Nothing is too much trouble and any issue is resolved promptly with the best service and best cost saving applied every time.

Both Nancy and Ellie are outstanding

Both Nancy and Ellie are outstanding! Nothing is too much trouble and they definitely deliver on customer service and reliability. They always call when they say they will and represent as excellent ambassadors for Lithia (prev Pendragon). They listen to our needs and fully understand our business from both a positive and negative side. They are aways willing to offer positive suggestions including some outside the box, that we may have overlooked initially.
We have explored the option of sourcing our vehicles elsewhere, and if it were not for this awesome pair, we would not be here writing this review!

Pendragon great customer service


I purchased the pendragon Guarantee through Evans halshaw with my new car and had a great experience with their customer service. I needed to update my vehicle registration, and the pendragon team responded quickly and politely. It was a smooth and hassle-free process, which really gave me confidence in the guarantee. I rang in with some questions around the policy

I rang in with some questions around your guarantee policy as I was in panic mode after reading some of the reviews, I feel I need to send this review (I normally do not) as I spoke to Matthew and he was very helpful, was not in a rush he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions putting my mind at ease, he told me any more questions do not hesitate to contact him.

Initial response from company was slow

Initial response from company was slow. I had to chase and contact them after the fourth day. Once an agent was on the case (Cherelle) it moved very quickly and effortlessly with fast replies to questions.

Getting a Hire car

My only gripe is that when I first tried to phone Pendragon on 0800 072 0262, the phone rings then just cuts off. Finally managed to get through on 01332 267 333 and spoke to Cherelle, who I must say has been most helpful.She explained the procedure to get a hire car and subsequently what I had to do to get reimbursed. She has also been very swift with her replies, I would say an asset to your team. It’s just a shame I’ve had to wait 8 days before the claim was finally approved, due to a request for Vauxhall Warranty to give a goodwill payment, Hence no hire car until today, as my car won’t be repaired for another week, by the looks of things!
