Just renewed my work lease through driveway and it was problematic from a tesla perspective. Delays to the order from Tesla which was sorted in such a great way by Shanigh by sourcing me a vehicle from the inventory to meet the deadline I required.
Shanigh is an absolute dream to deal with. She was always on hand to ensure I was updated with regular emails and calls to keep me in the loop.
What could have been absolute nightmare was made stress free due to the effort from Shanigh to get my order sorted. Every workplace needs a Shanigh to makes sure things get done! What an asset she is to your customer support team.

The real stand out here is the people, Lindsey and Shanigh were wonderful when setting up my salary sacrifice and acquiring my new vehicle. Whilst what I thought were in stock vehicles then went, and I had to make changes to my original plans a couple of times, the help and support were exceptional.
I took a charger as part of the package, which was supplied and fitted by pod point, and again, their team was unbelievably helpful and guided me through the process. They ensured I got it fitted in the right location, at super quick speed as my husband needed it much sooner than my car was getting delivered.

I ordered a Leapmotor C10 through Driveway's Salary Sacrifice team due to my car unfortunately being written off. The team and Shanigh specifically really pushed this through quickly for me, so much so that I ordered my car on the Thursday and received it the following Thursday. 7 days for delivery (of an in stock vehicle)!
Everything was seamless, I was contacted at each step of the process, everything was explained clearly to me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks, Team!

An excellent experience from start to finish with Pendragon Vehicle Management. I placed my order back in October last year and the whole process through to delivery last Monday was handled professionally and efficiently.
My first contact was with Lindsey, who confirmed the order swiftly and ensured everything was set up correctly. From there, Shanigh took over and truly went above and beyond. Communication was consistent and clear, with regular updates on the vehicle’s progress. She was also very accommodating with the few requests I had and liaised directly with the dealership to make sure everything was arranged smoothly.
The whole process felt well managed and transparent, which made the experience stress free. A well run service and a team that clearly values good customer care.

I purchased a 2021 Jaguar E Pace with 30,000 miles on it from Evans Halshaw Chester and paid £995 for the extended 3 year warranty. Just over 3 months into having the car the car completely shut down whilst driving and has been off the road, undriveable for the past 3 weeks. It needs a dc-dc converter which I have since found it is a hybrid component and a vital part for the car to even turn on! A claim was submitted to Pendragon for it to be covered under the premium guarantee but because this particular part isn't listed on the 'what's covered' page, they will not cover the cost. They have said because my car is a MHEV the premium guarantee is fine but no hybrid/electric parts are covered on the guarantee! I am currently waiting for a response from Evans Halshaw Chester as I am now going to be out of pocket over £2,500 for a car and warranty, I spent £27,000 on just over 3 months ago. The warranty I have is completely useless for my car, if it doesn't cover a part which has failed due to no fault of my own, and the car needs! Despite trying to come to an agreement with Pendragon, all they keep saying is that it is not listed on the page so it is not covered. Outdated warranty which isn't fit for purpose, just like my car!

Normally when you deal with management of big companies you’re seen as a number in a list, but not with their absolute angel of a worker Leanne! She went above and beyond and made the whole process as stress free as she possibly could! She done everything in her power to get the ball rolling and not to mention her kind hearted and fast replies!
