I’ve had an excellent experience with this leasing company, particularly with their business leasing and salary sacrifice schemes. The entire process is smooth, transparent, and very well managed from start to finish. They offer a great range of vehicles and clearly understand how to tailor solutions for both businesses and employees, making what can sometimes be a complex process feel straightforward and stress-free.

I purchased my vehicle through here and it was straight forward I chose my vehicle and Lidnsey kept in contact all the way through until it was handed to Shanigh who dealt with the handover process. It was quick and easy and had no issues everything went smoothly. They were both professional. I didnt expect my car to arrive so quickly. Definitely recommended and will definitely use them again after my contract ends

I had been considering purchasing a new car for a while and when the opportunity to lease a vehicle through the salary sacrifice scheme, I jumped at the chance, having used this type of scheme in a previous workplace.
What I wasn’t expecting was the efficient service provided by the Driveaway Vehicle Solutions. I made my initially enquiries on 24th February and will be taking delivery of my new car on 20th March. In just over two weeks I was provided with a delivery date for my new vehicle, a date for the fitting of the electric charger and the insurance cover documents. Driveaway Vehicle Solutions were extremely helpful throughout the process and all the other companies involved; insurers, charger installers & vehicle suppliers all offered advice when I needed it and made everything very easy to deal with.
My new car was delivered on 20th March, as promised and a full handover from the delivery driver was provided

From start to finish the communication for Shanigh and Lindsey was brilliant! I placed my order for a LEAP MOTOR C10, which was an amazing price, on the 12th March and the vehicle arrived on the 18th March. I've never had delivery of a new car that quickly!

A pod point charger was required and provided as part of the scheme and the installation of that was quick and professional.

Overall the experience has been second to non and will definitely be getting my next vehicle through Driveway Vehicle Solutions.

Leanne provided a fast and efficient service. Good communication and sorted out a change in vehicle details quickly.

Just renewed my work lease through driveway and it was problematic from a tesla perspective. Delays to the order from Tesla which was sorted in such a great way by Shanigh by sourcing me a vehicle from the inventory to meet the deadline I required.

Shanigh is an absolute dream to deal with. She was always on hand to ensure I was updated with regular emails and calls to keep me in the loop.

What could have been absolute nightmare was made stress free due to the effort from Shanigh to get my order sorted. Every workplace needs a Shanigh to makes sure things get done! What an asset she is to your customer support team.
