I used this company starting date 2019 for a disrepair claim for my council home which was very damp and my home was subsiding. They were inconsistent with their correspondence. I spoke with over ten different solicitors Jack, Jennifer,Sarah, Emma, John,Sian,Marika the list was endless. They wrote letters to the council but to no avail. In 2023 I was awarded £400 for all the stress damp disruptions and still the work was not executed. We are not currently in 2024 and the house is still subsiding. The damp as been treated but nothing else. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company for a disrepair claim as they seem like they are don’t understand how to represent themselves in a professional manner. If you decide to used them be it on your own peril

Its been a long journey getting our disrepairs done to get the work on our house. We have been together nearly two years putting it wright . We have had damp in our Bathroom, Front room ,Three Bedrooms .

The length of time it took to complete and get a winning result was 4 years but very pleased with the outcome overall.
