We approached Driscoll Kingston when we found out our landlord had not protected our deposit. Andrea and Ashlea listened to our case, were reassuring they could help, and set out a clear path to making a claim. Despite a lengthy process with the court, they were always available to answer our questions, and were tenacious in pursuing our claim. After over a year the court ruled in our favour and awarded us compensation. We would recommend Andrea and the team at Driscoll Kingston to resolve this type of issue.

Nearly a year since my first contact with Georgina, and I'm finally looking forward to getting my flat into a hospitable condition.
Poor design and a complete lack of competence led to my flat needing several repairs and mould treatment, which isn't good for someone who has a serious heart condition. My local council are so bad, even incompetence refuses to be linked with them. Despite having zero phone signal in the property, Georgina still worked to get the repairs done. I'm still waiting for them to be sorted, but at least they're getting acknowledged.
The compensation was nice, but the fact that soon I will no longer have a water feature and indoor garden is something to look forward to.

I had an absolute nightmare with my council and housing repairs. I had this horrible experience with a rogue landlord who took advantage as I was new in the UK. It was good to see the landlord pay for the failure to protect the deposit obviously with a good intention. With Driscoll Kingston we got compensation for the failure to protect the deposit. The judge awarded twice the deposit as compensation. I can only say thank you Driscoll Kingston! I will recommend any day anytime. On a no win no fee basis for your claims. I was given incorrect legal advice which made my very strong position null and void. Im now in a house that looks worse than before and im right back at square one, begging my landlord to fix thing's that legally should be covered
