This company helped me out to get some compensation from my local council for not carrying out carrying out successful repairs to my house.

They dealt with my disrepair, and got paid the compensation of £1375 only to send me a cheque of £31 after they had said they will pay me £131. And the numbers they send you don't even make sense. They all in this for money to be honest. The repairs are not completed done still living in a mould house with my children one is really sick because of the mould at the moment. All they care about us the settlement. When they come to your door saying they will help you don't believe them honestly it's all a scam . They are SCAMS

Driscoll helped my family and I to get back our deposit after our landlord refused giving it to us upon leaving his property. They handled everything after we sent in our evidence.

They were great but could do with more communication I know that your given full reign but it's still nice to be asked weather I should go to court also why did I have to spend money on insurance incase it went to court £900 pounds and it didn't go to court surely so why did I have to have it confusing

For 4 and a half years driscoll Kingston stood by me and help me with the unbearable conditions I've found hard to live with,it's been quite a journey but I'm thankful and greatful for them getting me a result and thier also understanding when things were challenging for me,I really appreciate all you have done and I recommend using driscoll Kingston for anyone with poor housing conditions.

Very misleading advice we feel scammed We contacted the ' no win no fee ' lawyers regarding a case against the local council for disrepair issues we were advised we had strong case for compensation .. but the person dealing with our case was always on leave or never in the office leaving one of her colleagues to finish the case for her no updates over 18mths Emails & calls unanswered leaving us even more stressed ..in the end following thier advice the case was settled out of court but after insurance plus various other add ons & costs were taken out compensation we were left with nothing leaving us feeling very let down and what's worse is most of repairs are largely left undone

I went to them for help and over the 3 years that they were dealing with my case I was passed on to several solicitors promising all different things to finally get a solicitor who was extremely rude, did not care and over spoke my every word. They 'settled' after giving me false hope for so many years to be left with nothing. I felt like I was SCAMMED!

Whatever they try and write under this is just fake compassion and lies. I would sue them for misinformation ect however sueing a lawyer would be stupid on my part as they are professional liers.

I suffered years of trauma and had to move out of my home and area due to this and they promised they would get justice for me however I don't think they know the meaning of the word. 30% there fee is.......for what? Spilling lies?

So they haven't changed much which is such a shame. When money and time overthrow justice and true help.

Very helpful and patient during a difficult time in my life. They were able to fight for me while I focused on my hospital appointments.
I can now call my personal space a family home for me and my children. I still have some Repairs, but things are moving much quicker thanks to these guys.
