Mine was a rare case where a small amount of gland returned. This was no issue for Doctor nurien who was prompt in seeing me and booking in the surgery which went very well (I was back at work the same day and training light within a week).

This was a tough decision as a young guy (21yrs) deciding whether or not to have this procedure. Soon to be starting work in the City, I knew wearing white shirts would be very difficult and knew I’d constantly be thinking “can they see my nipples”. So I decided to go ahead with it. Prior to the opp, I only wore black t shirts, and oversized sweatshirts, I hid the gyno very well. Now my confidence is up 1000%. I wear white t shirts, have my top off around mates and generally feel so much happier and less stressed and down as a person. Dr Nurien and the team were incredible. The procedure was nice a quick and the recovery time was good. When I went back for a check up, Dr couldn't believe how well it had healed, you couldn’t see a scar at all. Had a video consultation with the Dr on Xmas eve and surgery 2 weeks ago, recovery side of things going really well and extremely pleased with the results at the moment! Still swollen and sore in places but so worth it.
I’ve had Gyno since I was around 13/14 years of age and always put it down to my weight. However after losing 3 stone and having a healthy BMI I couldn’t shift the ‘man boobs’ so enquired originally around 2 years ago but put it off, finally done it and couldn’t be happier with the results.
Don’t wait as long as I did, I’m much happier wearing t shirts as I no longer have the puffy nipples I did before.
The drs team are always on hand and the aftercare team reply 24/7 with any queries I have had.

I have had gynecomastia for many years and after joining the gym in my 20s and weight training it was clear that the only way was surgery.
First I had a consultation with a local surgeon who in fact said I didn’t have gynecomastia and that the lumps were normal.
After looking for another surgeon I came across Dr Nurein on Google and booked a video call consultation. Dr Nurein saw straight away that I had gynecomastia and said I needed the glands removed to achieve the flat chest I wanted.
The appointment was booked for surgery for two months later and the whole process was pretty good. On arrival the receptionist was very warm and welcoming then the nurse who prepared me for surgery was very happy and loud which helped my nerves quite a bit. The surgery was a bit uncomfortable but bearable and was finished in 60 mins. The nurses very considerate and aware that you are crapping your pants when you first lie down on the surgery bed. The local anaesthetic is a quick jab into the nipple then it’s all numb and you’re unaware they have already started!
I am now 7 days post surgery and very happy with the results. I have had some pain but taken painkillers provided and been in touch with aftercare support on Whattsapp which is very responsive even after hours you still get a reply. The nurse who communicates with you Hanna is very patient and professional when you have any questions.
Very happy with the decision to go with Dr Nurein and cannot recommend him and his team enough, I just wish I had done this sooner!

Glad I waited to leave a review. I'd say give yourself at least 6 months before you get flustered about results.

Had my surgery in mid June 2021. I've read what other people say about the consultation process and the delays etc, I experienced all of that and at the time it bothered me. I did at one point have a bit of a ding dong with them after waiting ages for a post op check up. I'd say to accept that certain things seem a little slow and others feel rushed but the actual op day was a blur but all good. The two polish nurses are nice, one is nuts and the other is very caring. The one that's nuts is lovely too and acts as a bit of a distraction from what's coming. You're awake obviously, the needles don't hurt at all and the surgery is nothing more than uncomfortable at times. It all went well. My full recovery I took 2 paracetamol on the evening I had surgery and that's it. No pain at all really, just a mega dull ache on the evening of surgery once all the anaesthetic wore off.

I'm slim and my gyno was quite pronounced. Not fat really, although very soft around the chest and nipples but big hard lumps behind my nipples and in the warm weather they were like pointy cones. Impossible to wear fitted clothing unless I taped down my nipples discreetly or wore a compression garment beneath. Zero worries now, I can wear anything. Recently went skiing, had a hot tub on the balcony.....wouldn't have even considered it pre-op as the warm water would have made my nips puffy...I was straight in, naked haha. Scarring is now 95% unnoticeable, one side is 100% gone, the other has the faintest line. Only I notice it, my pals have zero clue even though I told them I had an op. They literally stared at it and couldn't see anything.

To surmise, if you're thinking of doing it and you can afford it.. .do it. Nurein is a gyno surgeon and an expert. Don't rush yourself post op. Take care, do what you're told and once the wounds close up you're sweet. Mine took 4 weeks as one side pinged open a little but Nurein saw me and sorted it painlessly, no further op, just a suture. Done. It can seem a bit mad, the waiting room could do with a TV haha, but honestly, I'm absolutely buzzing. I'd had gyno for 15 years from juicing a pro hormone. All those years I wasted and got depressed and self conscious but perhaps I'd have gone with another surgeon and not had this level of result. I appreciate you Dr Nurein, you're the king and I'll be forever grateful. Paul D

Made comfortable throughout and really at ease. The staff nurses were amazing and really took care of me and made me feel at ease. The doctor was brilliant and am happy so far with with results. One procedure I wish I did years ago!

After many years of suffering with "Man Boobs" I finally decided to go ahead and get surgery.

I really hate pain so I was sceptical at first. Dr Hassan in our first consultation was really relaxed and put me at ease by going through the whole process. He answered every question ahead of the surgery.

On the day of surgery i was quite nervous but the clinic staff, Aga and Hanna both did very well at putting me at ease.

The actual surgery itself was a process! The first part was the injection of local anaesthesia, I hoped that it would completely numb my chest but I felt parts of the gland removal process. It wasn't that painful but rather bearable. I was also able to call out to alexa during the surgery to play some songs that put me at ease.

Immediately after the surgery the whole area just felt so sore. The pain was there for about 1.5 weeks and then slowly began to go away. 3 weeks on I feel completely fine, luckily I didn't have any post surgery complications other than a lot of leakage from my right side.

THE RESULTS?
LIFE CHANGING! I look in the mirror and i'm finally happy with the chest

I spoke with 2 other surgeons in London and decided to go with Dr Nurein as I felt most comfortable with their procedure.

Used Dr Nurein 3 times always professional and does a good job. And good after care. I've Recommended him to a few of my mates who have gyno from taking steroids. 1 of which has also used Dr Nurein and happy with results.

Had gyno surgery along with full abdominal liposuction, it was a long surgery 2hrs and 21 mins to be exact, i went alone and wish I'd taken someone with me as the pain was crippling for a day or two. I had an very short online consultation a few months ago followed by an in person appointment where Dr. Nurein was able to confirm that I required gland removal, liposuction and skin tightening for my Gyencomastia. Dr Nurein was also happy to answer all of my questions on the day. I was given a surgery date only 5-6 weeks after the appointment which I was happy with.

I was a little nervous on surgery day but as soon as I stepped in the team made me feel very comfortable as they continued to explain the full process.

The actual surgery is a strange feeling because you are awake but your chest is under general anaesthetic, so you can feel the movements but not the pain. If I did have any discomfort throughout the surgery I made Dr Nurein and the nurses aware and they made sure I was 100% comfortable.

After the surgery I got dressed and went straight back home. Although with the dressing and garments it was a little uncomfortable, I was still able to do everything as normal. In terms of pain and discomfort it was worst for me after 4-5 days but it still wasn’t very painful just very uncomfortable when trying to sit or sleep certain positions.

I really made the most of the aftercare services provided by the team. I had many questions regarding the post operative care and the team was happy to answer any questions.

It’s now been 2 weeks since the surgery and all pain/discomfort is completely gone and all my wounds are healing.

Most importantly, the swelling around my chest is starting to go down and I can really see a huge difference in the way it looks and how clothes fit. The swelling is still there a little bit so I am glad the results are going to get even better.

In total I paid £6000 for gland removal, liposuction and skin tightening. Which I think was a small price to pay for the life changing results it provides.
