We purchased a car from Red Lion Motors yesterday.
Denis was very friendly, extremely helpful and honest.
The whole process from start to finish was absolutely stress free, we got a very fair price to part exchange our car.
There was absolutely no pressure on buying extended warranty, we decided to purchase the 12 month plan.

At first glance this garage is great the owner was very accommodating and a nice enough guy.
Only after having the car for a month I had a problem with the power steering, spoke to him and my dad took it in. Straight away said there was nothing wrong to which we said there is and we’d like it checked out.
We had minimal communication about my car and what was going on with it and met with what seemed like annoyance when we called one time to find out any updates.
Was told my car was taken to another garage so called them only to be told the guy was “on lunch” not 2 minutes later get a call from Dennis being told that I wasn’t to contact the garage as they wouldn’t tell me anything and they go through him.
When I told him that I wanted to know what was going on with my car he said the garage thinks it’s the steering pump but not sure so going to just change it anyways and see if it works also had been told that the parts were not covered by warranty even though AA themselves said it was!
Was met with a dismissive and less than desirable attitude that was not the same as when he was speaking with my dad.
Ended up getting my car and taking it to a local garage who within 2 minutes found the problem (steering rack) and was covered by the warranty!! Also showed me that the tyre was on its cords which is incredibly dangerous not to mention illegal! So the 99 point check that they tell you is done is absolutely not true!!
So in short avoid this garage unless you want to deal with incompetence and disregard!

Terrible after service. Took car back with a steering problem. When he got into the car he said no problem with it. That sent alarm bells ringing. Took the car and I phoned 2 days later. Said he couldn't find a problem only when the car got hot was there a small problem. I said that the car had warranty to which he said it had not for the parts i needed. He then took the car to Edmonton, Gemini garage which he uses. I phoned them and they said owner is out he'll phone you. Dennis then rang me and said he had told the owner of the garage not to talk to me. I said I will pick the car up. Went there the next day. Car still had stiff steering from cold. Took it to another garage after Dennis said they had found the problem, the steering pump. Rubbish because my garage said nothing wrong with pump it is the steering rack . And guess what, it was covered on the warranty.Avoid this dealership. Ask exactly what is covered and remember he will use this garage if there is a problem. Have proof of repair and sold with bad tyre. 99 point vehicle check. Rubbish. If he wants to question this review I'm happy to do so through the motoring ombudsman

Denis was a star from start to finish. Honest, professional and great communication. Had a small issue with car two days later and he got it sorted within 24 hours.
Will definately recommend and go back when I change my car in a few years.

Really good deals and great service. I bought an automatic VW for a very competitive market price (having looked at several other dealers and big sites). Bought it in 3 days, service was fantastic, very available and delivered the car. Very appreciated as this was my first car. 3 months after and car is great. Only mistake they made was booking 3 months AA warranty instead of 6 months we had agreed but they rectified that promptly (after I had paid for everything so they could have got away with not doing it). So overall really competitive, competent and honest dealership, fully recommend.
