I had an very short online consultation a few months ago followed by an in person appointment where Dr. Nurein was able to confirm that I required gland removal, liposuction and skin tightening for my Gyencomastia. Dr Nurein was also happy to answer all of my questions on the day. I was given a surgery date only 5-6 weeks after the appointment which I was happy with.

I was a little nervous on surgery day but as soon as I stepped in the team made me feel very comfortable as they continued to explain the full process.

The actual surgery is a strange feeling because you are awake but your chest is under general anaesthetic, so you can feel the movements but not the pain. If I did have any discomfort throughout the surgery I made Dr Nurein and the nurses aware and they made sure I was 100% comfortable.

After the surgery I got dressed and went straight back home. Although with the dressing and garments it was a little uncomfortable, I was still able to do everything as normal. In terms of pain and discomfort it was worst for me after 4-5 days but it still wasn’t very painful just very uncomfortable when trying to sit or sleep certain positions.

I really made the most of the aftercare services provided by the team. I had many questions regarding the post operative care and the team was happy to answer any questions.

It’s now been 2 weeks since the surgery and all pain/discomfort is completely gone and all my wounds are healing.

Most importantly, the swelling around my chest is starting to go down and I can really see a huge difference in the way it looks and how clothes fit. The swelling is still there a little bit so I am glad the results are going to get even better.

In total I paid £6000 for gland removal, liposuction and skin tightening. Which I think was a small price to pay for the life changing results it provides.

Dr. Nurein and his team were fantastic pre, during and post op. I cannot recommend him enough. His knowledge and expertise makes you feel like you're in safe hands and the after care has been amazing.

Fantastic treatment and procedure. I was made to feel very comfortable prior to surgery and everyone was enthusiastic. My pain was manageable and Dr Nurein added more anaesthesia when needed. The whole procedure lasted less than an hour.

My after care has been great and my healing is going very well. Could not recommend Dr Nurein more, very professional and gives excellent results.

Welcoming, comforting and accomodating - the results have been better than I'd hoped for - great practice

I had 'level 2' gynecomastia and after suffering with the man boob look for as long as I can remember, I decided (after much research) Dr Nurein was going to be my solution.

All the staff are great - very friendly, professional and put you at ease from the second you enter the building... I arrived at 7:30am and the surgery started at about 8:30am after filling out the paperwork. Nice and efficient with no hanging around.

So, the surgery itself... I had vaser lipo, gland excision and skin tightening (BodyTite). The anesthetic was a bit uncomfortable, not actually as bad as I expected though. There were a few moments during the procedure where the rods and probes hit areas that weren't as numb and so felt a bit of sharp pain, but Dr Nurein topped me up with anesthetic wherever I needed it so pain was kept to a minimum. The procedure took an hour and half in total, and I could see immediate results when I sat up before being wrapped up in the bandages and compression vest. Very exciting....

The first couple of days after the surgery were quite uncomfortable, I must admit - I had a lot of swelling and bruising under my armpits (at the side of the chest) which meant the tight vest was digging into the sorest part - probably just bad luck as I haven't heard others mention this. After a few days though it got a lot easier, although my one side was very badly bruised - not sure why it was just that one side.

I'm now 3 weeks on, and the brusing has massively improved, in fact I have no bruising on the one side and none on my chest... still a fair bit on the other side but it's much, much better. There's no pain any longer at all and I have full movement back without being uncomfortable! I do have a pretty large lump of scar tissue under my armpit on the bruised side, which the aftercare team have provided guidance and advice on (will start to massage in a couple of weeks so hopefully that won't last forever).

But the results... incredible. I can wear t-shirts and vests I simply couldn't have before. I'm just really excited to get back to the gym and tone up now and see how the results continue to improve over the coming weeks and months.

I wish I had taken this decision years ago (I'm now 32) but better late than never! If you're even a little bit self conscious about your gynecomastia, I would highly recommend visiting Dr Nurein and getting it done... it's going to change my life for sure, so well worth the money!

The surgery was quick, pain free and the results are phenomenal. Dr Nurein and his nurses were exceptionally caring, knowledgable and professional. They made the whole experience comfortable, calm and easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgery. I’m not even a week after surgery and the results are incredible, I’m excited to see the results once I’m fully healed.

Ive struggled with mild gynomastia since I was 14, when I was 20 I had a consultation which put me off the idea of a operation. 7 years went on and with a baby on the way and an extremely sensitive chest I made the decision to get the operation, another really negative consultation which I paid £180 for left me feeling really disheartened by the method and techniques this particular surgeon used. I discovered Dr Nurein on YouTube and back to back watched all of his videos. His knowledge and general vibe he gave off really peaked my interest. I made contact and orgnaised a free video call which I came away feeling extremely positive. I paid a deposit shortly after. On the day of the operation my partner came with me. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and offered us drinks. Another lad was there for the same operation and went to see the doctor and came back about 35/40 minutes later and said it all went well and it wasn't painful. I was a bit surprised with how quick he was back and how normal he seemed after. I was then called for my operation. I hadn't been nervous for the operation in the slightest but as soon as I had the gown on I started feeling nervous. As I walked into the room the surgeons assistant was singing, laughing, joking even trying to dance around which completely lightened my mood and made me feel very relaxed and generally lifted my nerves. The local anesthetic was uncomfortable and I had some lipo done too which was again quite unpleasant but not painful, this was to "contour" the chest shape (the outcome of this surprised me so much as my lower chest looks so much leaner!!!) The actual operation/ wasn't as bad. I could feel my chest being pulled and tugged and it was painful at times and they upped my anesthetic. Overall the operation was not as bad as I thought it would be.

It's now been 2 weeks since my operation and today is the first day I don't have to wear my compression vest in the day and only at night now. I get a bit of what feels like chaffing on my nipple area from my top but absolutely no pain. The first 5 days were uncomfabtle but I wouldn't class it as painful. Sleeping was the annoying thing as I had to sleep mostly on my back.

Overall a tiny price to pay. I am generally surprised with the results just 2 weeks on. I am starting to develop a little bit of scar tissue under the wound on my right side but I know this is nothing to worry about. The area is not painful when I touch it and all the brusing has gone. The scares under my nipples are healing well and look good. Visually it looks amazing, no lump, no sensitivity issues which I had before. The aftercare team have been exceptional over the phone and then I've had a couple questions which I fired over a message on WhatsApp which was replied to quickly.

I am so thankful I used Dr Nurein and can't recommend him highly enough.

I found out about this type of surgery about a year ago watching Instagram. Before then, I didn't consider it possible to do anything about my large chest. Once I found that it was possible to do something about it, I started researching.

I came across Dr Nurein from online research. I felt that he was the best choice because he is a specialist in Gynecomastia Surgery. After having an online consolation with him, I decided to go ahead.

I travelled from Scandinavian to London to have the procedure. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was treated with respect and felt very cared for. I felt that all of the team knew exactly what they were doing and were extremely efficient. This made the whole process quick, but it did not feel rushed.

Walking into the operating theatre I began to feel nervous. The nurse Agnieszka was so bubbly and friendly, that she put my nerves at ease. Once the procedure began, Dr Nurein explained everything that he was doing. I felt a little pain getting the local anesthetic, and some minor discomfort during the procedure, but apart from that it was relatively pain free.

After the procedure, I was immediately thrilled with Dr Nurein's work. However, it will take some time for the swelling to go down and see the final result. The worst thing with having the operation is the compression vest and bandage you wear post surgery. I cant wait to get it off, but it's only a small price to pay for the benefit of having the procedure completed so well.

The aftercare nurse Dagmara has been in constant contact with me. Any issues she has contacted me immediately. I think this is really important as it shows that the clinic really cares for your wellbeing and wants the best outcome for you.

Overall, I am very pleased that I chose Dr Nurein to perform my Gynecomastia Surgery. I really felt that I was in great hands from the initial consolation, and through every step of the process.
I can recommend Dr Nurein and his team to anyone who is thinking about having this procedure. Well worth the effort!

My experience was very quick and efficient. Once i underwent the surgery, it felt quick and painless. The nurses as well as the doctor were highly professional and were explaining to me what they were doing.

The first and second day post surgery I felt absolutely fine and did not feel as if I went through surgery. Once it went to the third day, I was so happy to see my chest. It was a LOT smaller than before with slight bruising which is expected. I am now 7 days post op and feel absolutely fine.

The doctor doesn’t just take the fat and the gland out, he ensures that your chest looks good and that you are satisfied. The nurses make you feel at ease and are all bubbly which is reassuring. The aftercare technician, dagmara, is highly professional as well and replies instantly to reassure you or answer any questions that you have. She also oversees your recovery and ensures that your health is first. The entire procedure was 45mins which was QUICK. I honestly recommend you go to Dr Hassan. Life changing experience.

Have been suffering from Gynecomastia since I was like 15 years old. Finally at the age of 29 got this procedure done with Dr. Nurein and the result has been great so far. I'm almost at the 2 weeks mark since getting the surgery and couldn't be happier with my results. I don't usually write reviews but I had to in this case.

I have suffered with steroid induced gynecomastia for about 7 years. It’s been absolutely hell. Not been able to wear certain T-shirts or vests, not been able to take my daughter swimming etc really has ruled my life.

Before choosing Dr Nurein and his team I had looked at ever possibility, tbh I was looking for cheapest option.That seamed to be Poland. After months of thinking about it and several consultations with different doctors.

I decided on Dr Nurein. Reason for this ?
His reviews all seamed really good. When I followed him on instergram he posted videos of procedure he had done. That gave me confidence in his work. His price wasn’t cheapest but I would say very reasonable. And offered an interest free option over 12 months.

When I look back and think about it, it’s crazy i’d ever considered going with a surgeon because he was cheaper, not because of the quality of his work.

Anyway…

After two free consultations over 12 months and reading everyone of his reviews and watching all of his videos I went with Dr Nurein and his Team.

I had gynecomastia surgery on both sides and liposuction on both sides . In June 2021 at Sheffield clinic

From leaving the car to having surgery and returning back to the car took about 90 mins.

The clinic is very clean and the receptionist was very polite.

The operation it’s self lasted no more than 60 mins Dr Nurein talks you through what he’s doing and his team are so great just really friendly and reassuring offering to hold your hand while the local anaesthetic goes in. (I’ve never had an operation before so was so was quiet nervous)

The worst part is the local anaesthetic going in. that wasn’t pleasant at but when that’s in and numbed your good to go. You can’t feel a thing. Get a little uncomfortable at times. And was at one point where I needed a little more anaesthetic, I think it was at the end when he was sealing any bleeding. Overall 60 min surgery for something that’s effected me everyday for 7 years. Is well worth going through.

After the surgery your bandages up and given a compression vest to keep on (I hated the compression vest, was so uncomfortable) but it’s so important to keep the vest on for as long as possible as it can affect the results.

Took me about 5/6 weeks to heal fully. Was quiet at bit of bruising and The work is so neat, honestly you can’t tell I’ve had an operation . The scaring under the nipple is so minimal.

Im 5 months post surgery now. Honestly I couldn’t recommend Dr Nurein enough .
Dr Nurein and his team have changed my life.

Had a free consultation with Dr. Waited 10 minutes for him to turn up and basically delivered a sales pitch for the operation without asking me anything. Not really sure what to make of him. I asked if he thought I had gyno and he just said im unhappy with my appearance so thats why i've come to him. I was hoping for a more solid expert opinion, felt rushed and I waited a month for that phone call. Probably won't come here.

First of all it’s been an absolute emotional rollercoaster the last 7 years for me and my family with me living with gynecomastia.
I did a lot of research for surgery and I narrowed it down to Dr Nurein at be cosmetics, from my first video consultation to the day of the operation the team ( olga & Dr Nurein ) has kept in touch with all information about the operation also about the aftercare.
On the day of the operation I was terrified, Kimberly ( receptionist ) instantly made me feel welcome, at ease and excited again, then i met the team Dr Nurein and the nurses Agnieszka and sylwia who also made me feel very welcome and at ease. The operation was actually not that bad, your chest area is very Numb from the anaesthetic and you can’t feel alot of pain, just a few sharp scratches now and again but as Agnieszka is such a warm bubbly character her signing and happiness soon takes your mind off the operation. 90 minutes and the operation was finished. I was wrapped up with a bandage and my garment and I was out the door l. It was such a quick operation it felt Surreal. The team has kept in touch every day since the operation and I’m now on day 6, I’m looking forward to seeing the end results, as of now I’m healing very well and I can see a massive difference in my chest and most importantly my confidence and happiness. I’m a week out from my surgery here, really happy with how it’s all gone. The results are looking good so far and the process has gone really smoothly.

I am very happy with the results already 7 days in , I can see my gyno has finally gone and the shape of my chest has improved massively.
From arriving to Harley street to being prepped for surgery you are treated very well and made to feel totally calm , the surgery was pain free and is nothing to worry about at all for anyone who is concerned.
I highly recommend Dr Nurein and the team, from my research prior to the surgery and my experience you will not find a better surgeon or receive the same level of care anywhere else.

So I’d been very nervous about this going into it, and after experiencing years of gyconemastia, this was really my last best shot and ever living what I would consider a normal life. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by Kimberly, whom instantly helped me to settle down and allayed any concerns I had. She was super friendly and easy to talk to and was on hand with anything I needed. As the first face you see when you walk into a business, I believe that the job she is doing is amazing. I was then taken into the room to have my surgery by Aga, who to put it simply was awesome. She was so fun and enthusiastic, and genuinely made you feel like you were the only patient who mattered which is extremely rare. She was so comforting and just simply brilliant to be around as a person. I was then greeted in the surgery room by another lady though really frustratingly as I was so nervous when I walked in I can’t quite remember her name because she too was simply fantastic as she provided such comfort to me throughout the surgery too I am also so so grateful to her. Either way, these two ladies were the best. Dr Nurein himself then conducted my surgery with their help, and he is a class act. He is a straight shooting professional, with bags of experience and it shows. He’s everything you’d want your doctor to be, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and above all, fantastic at his job. I left with the results I didn’t even know were possible, and again, that is down to the hard work of the entire team and I cannot thank everyone enough for what they have done. You will then receive brilliant and attentive aftercare from Dagmara, who is always on hand throughout the day should you have any concerns or questions, to help ease you through recovery. All in all this is a truly life changing experience I will never forget.

It's been around 3 months since my surgery so thought now is probably the best time to review my surgery.
From start to finish Dr Nurein and his team have been excellent keeping me informed throughout, consultation was done online but Dr Nurein definitely reassured me he could fix the problem.
Day of the surgery I was slightly nervous but Kimberley on receptions professional attitude and kind nature definitely reassured me that I was making the right decision, if that wasn't enough Aga will definitely make you feel comfortable and put any anxiety at ease.

Procedure was surprisingly quick with no issues, Dr Nurein keeping me informed with everything he was doing and before I knew it I was sitting up looking at how flat my chest was.
