We attended today to choose our daughters dress for her 18th Birthday party and also to have a look for her prom dress. Lauren who we had the appointment with was so friendly and helpful. She made our daughter feel special and comfortable while trying several dresses. She was very professional. Well mannered and this resulted in our daughter deciding on 2 dresses from the shop I would highly recommend dress 2 party. Thanks again to Lauren in the Glasgow branch. We have one delighted daughter.

Had the most amazing experience finding bridesmaid dresses for my cousin’s wedding.

We actually bought the dresses from Sisterhood upstairs in the shop in Liverpool but Dianne (sorry if I’ve not spelt it right) assisted with it all and made us feel so special.

We had just come from another shop who made us feel like a complete inconvenience and left feeling very underwhelmed and negative. We went to the Wedding House in the hope we’d have some better luck and thank god we did.

The range of styles and colours was amazing and the service Dianne gave us was second to none. She made us feel so special and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we found the perfect dress. It was a particularly special moment for our family for personal reasons and Dianne only added to this.

My wife purchased a dress online, returned it on 4th August, but as yet no refund. Says in their t&Cs it would be 10 days, has now been 28 days. Emailed company, they responded, but still no refund. My wife has tried to call the numbers on the site, but showing as not available. Very frustrating.

Great appointment, much more choice than we expected. This was the 5th shop we’ve been to and by far has the best selection. The lady who looked after us was very helpful and friendly. We came away very happy and have now decided which dress we want. Thank you.

My daughter and I visited on Saturday to look at prom dresses. I never imagined there would be SO much choice. The shop is like aladins cave all in colours and perfectly arranged!!!! We live in wakefield and I didn’t even know the shop was there. Natalie the manager was so helpful, knew which styles would look good and was happy to give honest feedback. Great experience.

I had a problem with refund but luckily has been dealt amicably and I was happy at the end.

We had a very successful appointment at the Manchester store. Fiona was so lovely and helped us with ideas, identifying some dresses we might never have tried otherwise. This included our end purchase. It was the best experience in the shop and my teenage daughter for once was comfortable changing and presenting herself. We were spoilt for choice, with a range of budgets to suit. Fiona could not have been more helpful and we are so pleased with our purchase. Thankyou!

Well, 4 daughters, 4 proms and 4 dresses later and I’m finally done... it’s safe to say we love dress 2 party!
All dresses are stunning and great quality and the staff is just lovely, so helpful and honest!
It may be the last prom but no doubt we’ll be back for wedding dresses one day soon!

Had lovely attentive service from the Cardiff store, May 8th 2021. Aggy was absolutely fab and so helpful. My daughter left the shop with a gorgeous dress and was made to feel so special. The choice of dresses were out of this world. I definitely recommend this shop. Also impressed that the details of the school were taken and added to a website to ensure no girl had the same dress.

Avoid this retailer. I ordered a dress which did not arrive and have not been refunded despite a promise to do so. I feel like I have been conned. My bank are dealing with it now. I would not recommend giving them money.

Hello! I have an order which is placed on 1st December and still not delivered. I have asked you in your Instagram page when it will be delivered and 2 times I had no answer, just “seen”. I started to worry about my dream dress because it is for my prom. When it will be delivered?

"Order online and receive your dress anywhere in the world within days"... This is how Dress 2 Party markets itself and it's a shame.

On January 1st 2021 I placed an order for a dress. This was to be a surprise anniversary present on February 4th. I figured if these guys say they can deliver within days then an entire month has more than enough wiggle room for any shipment issues. Of course there were no delays regarding the payment going through as I was charged the full $522.50 pounds that same day. I'm told that I will receive a further email when the order has been fulfilled.

Two weeks go by and not a word. I email support about the status of my order on January 15th. The reply comes back on January 17th with a loosely written email about not being able to open the store where the dress was located. They tell me the dress will be dispatched that week. No name or anything regarding who I was communicating with.

On January 22nd I once again ask for an update. I mention how this was a present for February 4th and that this delayed shipment was cutting it close.

No answer to this email.

On January 25th I write support again saying that if I don't get confirmation of my dress being shipped that week I will cancel my order and request a full refund.

I finally get a response on the 25th. They tell me the dress was showing in the system but they couldn't find it at any of their stores. OK?? If you're having logistical problems the least you can do is keep the customer informed!

Get this, the person who wrote this email (again, no name or anything which is super unprofessional) has the audacity to tell me that they have the same dress only 3 sizes larger and that they could send me that one by Wednesday. Seriously??? It's a dress we're talking about. Why would I want a dress that obviously wouldn't fit. I couldn't believe that this ridiculous proposal was even made.

I decide to give them 1 more week. I respond that if I don't hear back by February 1 that I will go ahead with the cancelled order. Support says they will try to find it by then.

Flash forward to this week. Absolutely no communication or updates. I've sent 2 emails about looking to cancel my order and get my refund processed and no answer yet (it's been 48 hours). At this point I'll need to go through the Credit Card company to get my refund from this joke of a company.

It's a shame because I really wanted that dress for an awesome occasion. Gave them a whole month to get their act together and they couldn't even show the least bit of interest regarding this issue being important to the customer.
