Had an amazing experience in the Glasgow branch all thanks to Marisa with expert knowledge about the stores dress collection and what would look great for my height and colouring. I left with the perfect dresses actually I bought 2. My friends bought another 4. Thank you very much and all because of her I would definitely shop here again.

Had a fantastic experience in the Glasgow store, huge shoutout to Marissa as she was so helpful! She was great at sizing, recommending styles, finding stock, arranging dresses to be transferred from other stores in a very quick time, and generally her fantastic knowledge of the brands the shop stocks. Because of her we have bought 5 dresses in the past fortnight, and we couldn’t thank you enough! Excellent member of staff and would gladly shop again because of her.

From start to finish 5star the girl’s in the shop were so accommodating to my daughters needs, even after changing her dress twice, third time was lucky lol. Nothing was too much bother and it was such a friendly and relaxed environment. Would HIGHLY recommend xxx thank you ladies xxxx

I've visited the London store a couple of times and I'm really glad I did. Samantha is really attentive and she put a lot of time and effort in helping me to find the appropriate dress. They offer truly amazing and beautiful dresses and the range they have available is unbelievable. She even brought some dresses from another store/warehouse for me to have the chance to try them on at the London store. I am really happy I was able to find the perfect dress. Thank you Samantha! I fully recommend Dress2Party and will be coming back the next time I need another gown.

The staff were amazing, very attentive when my daughter was trying on various dresses. They were never pushing for a sale and couldn’t help enough. During both fittings again the staff were amazing and the seamstress was fantastic. Would definitely recommend, will also use for my younger daughters prom

From the moment myself and my daughter entered the shop we received nothing but friendly service from all ladies there. After choosing a dress my daughter changed her mind and the staff were nothing but helpful and supportive when we returned in both moving the deposit to a different dress, with no fuss, and being patient and attentive as she chose a different dress. The seamstress recommended by the Wakefield store was also kind and did an amazing job of altering the dress, overall an enjoyable experience with brilliant staff and beautiful dresses, couldn't recommend highly enough.

AVOID!!! Awful company, terrible management and appalling customer service. Daughter picked a dress in store but it had a fault. We were told that one was available in the Wakefield store and would be dispatched immediately. Called 2 weeks later as it hadn't arrived, only to be told it had been sold in error and that a replacement would be provided. Another few weeks passed, still no dress. After 2 months I gave up and after my emails were ignored, called to speak with the manager and cancel the order. She told me that under no circumstances would they issue a refund. Then, 3 hours after our telephone conversation, and after two months of delay, they miraculously dispatched the dress! Anyway, long story short, I contested the transaction with Amex who have ruled in my favour, so I got my refund plus an additional £75 credit for my troubles! Hats off to Amex, a company who understand the importance of customer service (dress2party take note!). Avoid these money-grabbing clowns at all costs, there are so many companies out there who will provide you with a much better experience. It couldn't possibly be any worse - dress2party have no interest in providing any level of customer service once they have your money.

Went to buy a prom dress and received excellent attention with lots of ideas and advice offered to try different styles on. At no point was I rushed through the process and received lots of personal service. Due to covid-19 I was unable to collect my dress, however great communication resulted in the dress being personally delivered by the Glasgow store manager within 24 hrs. Thank you - love my dress.

This is the second prom dress I have bought from Dress2Party Glasgow. I would highly recommend this dress shop. My daughter was given the opportunity to try on as many dresses as she wanted without being rushed or pushed into buying any of them Marissa was so helpful, patient and honest about what suited my daughter Although on both occasions they did not have my daughters size it was no trouble for them to order it for her As the shop was closed due to the lockdown we received an email to book a delivery slot and Marissa brought the dress to our door free of charge. Excellent staff. a great range of beautiful dresses Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for that special dress.

If I could make it 0 stars I most definitely would! I ordered a dress just over a week ago from the online website, the website clearly stated that although shops are closed, the online shop is open and fully functioning. Dresses are supposed to be dispatched within 24hours, so after 3 days I was concerned that I had received no emails from the company,I politely contacted them via email asking for an update, no reply. 3 days later I emailed them again, no reply. So I decided to ring the number given on the website, which went straight to voicemail. Then after multiple attempts the next day I finally got through, only for them to explain that the people usually in charge of the website and I am assuming customer service as well have been furloughed due to the virus, they then continued to explain that the dress I had ordered was not actually in stock! And that if I wanted the dress I’d have to pay extra as it would be considered a special order(I had already fully paid for the dress and was shocked as to why I was only being told about this now!) I am completely disgusted and appalled by not only customer service but also this company as a whole! After further inspection it has become apparent to me that this is a common thing happening to many people ordering their dresses online, yet this company has not fixed the problem! I spent over £650 on a flipping dress, the least I expected was some decent customer service. I will 100% not be recommending dress2party to any friends or family, I am incredibly disappointed.

Dress 2 Party Glasgow has made my whole prom dress experience bliss, couldn’t fault the ladies and I now have my dream dress. I visited the shop back in February, although the shop was busy they all made me feel very welcome, they didn’t rush me when trying on dresses and helped me in every possible way. The customer service was amazing and the ladies created such a friendly atmosphere. When I found my dress, they didn’t have my size in the store but very swiftly ordered it from another store so I didn’t lose out. Payments were made easy too. Due to Covid-19 I wasn’t going to be able to get my dress till after the lockdown had been lifted, but the lady came to Livingston to deliver it to my door free of charge today. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for prom/party dresses. Such a fantastic service and thank you for my gorgeous dress! ❤️

Fantastic service from start to finish. Visited the Glasgow store in February 2020. Service was excellent from the girls in the store. We put a deposit down online after going home and deciding that's the dress my daughter wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and very helpful. Due to coronavirus the store closed before being able to pay the balance and pick up dress. Managed to pay the balance online and so today the girl brought it out to our door in Bathgate. I would definitely recommend this shop for any party dresses in the future. My daughter is delighted to have her dress so now just need the prom rescheduled that it will be her set to be the belle of the ball x

amazing staff, patience of a Saint with excellent dress selection, bought our daughters Prom dress in February and delivered today due to shop being closed under the Covid 19 restrictions. No pushy sales and friendly atmosphere

Appalled at the service received in these unprecedented times. Purchased a dress for £795 , paid a deposit and opted for 12 months interest free credit. While I understand this is an agreement to purchase the dress nobody could possibly foresee the turn of events which occurred , Dress to party could sell these dresses for next years Prom instead of this, they refuse to help parents who have tried to make their daughters Prom’s unforgettable , they also put the added pressure on young girls knowing their parents are now out of work and still paying for a dress which will not be worn. Shame on you - we are all in this together, Be Kind — I think not !!! Once again SHAME ON YOU - Disgusting

Would not recommend.
Very disappointed that we had to pay 2 deposits because of this stores stocking issues. Due to Covid 19, the loss of my job and our school cancelling Prom, we asked if we could have one deposit back. They said no and didn’t seem bothered if people were buying dresses for Proms which weren’t going to happen as long as they made some money. A little kindness in these difficult times would help your reputation in the years to come.
