Staff very friendly and helpful
Staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, we spent 2 hours of being waited on and the staff new what dresses would suit the girls. Dresses are amazing, only trouble was deciding which one to take as all stunning 😍

Prom dress dream
We visited today to get my daughter a dress for her prom, from the moment we arrived nothing was to much trouble, Fiona was so kind and helpful. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience from Dress2Party we had the best time in the shop. The shop is every girls dream from neon lights to lots of sweeties it was unbelievable. Had an appointment today for my daughter to look at prom dresses. Two young girls that weren't helpful at all. Told them what style dress my daughter wanted but they brought dresses that were nothing like she wanted and would only fit a Barbie doll. We were the ones in the shop so expected better service but the girls were trained enough as they didn't have a clue. My daughter was very disappointed.

Avoid.
I would give it zero if possible. The staff were extremely unhelpful. No dresses in sizes unless you were tiny. Offered no help or advice. Overall staff didn’t seem to have any idea of how to help. Horrible experience.

We are aware that the store was exceptionally busy today, but that is no excuse for not offering you out very best service. My daughter had a lovely experience at the Wakefield store, Natalie put her at ease whilst making her feel special. Plenty of time no rush, store is clean, spacious and bright with a lovely atmosphere. My daughter found her dream dress and now cannot wait for it to be ready to collect.

We came here prom dress shopping for my daughter and she found her perfect dress.
The ladies at the Southampton store (Michelle & Louella) were so helpful and made the experience so relaxed and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.
Our dress arrived yesterday and is perfect. Thank you.
I would highly recommend anyone to book an appointment and come here to find their prom dress you won’t be disappointed.
