Mo Kanso is the absolute best in the industry. He is highly professional, kind and experienced. He found me the apartment of my dreams and has been an asset at all times. He is very responsive, compassionate and courteous. A true gem and pleasure to work with. You won’t be let down.

I cannot stress the amazing service and dedication Draker had with me. I came across Draker as I was looking to move into a new flat in the Sloane Square area. I worked with Draker to find an incredible flat, but unfortunately the Landlord of the specific property wasn’t able to lease out the flat. Draker was unaware of this, and immediately took action to remediate this. Not only did they find a temporary accommodation for me, on a short notice, but they took care of the rental expenses while we found an available flat. On top of that, the team helped me move all my belongings into the new flat. I cannot think of another agency that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their clients. I cannot be more appreciative of Jack Stone, Luke Anderson and the rest of the team. They have my highest esteem. The level of service and professionalism is truly unparalleled. What a super positive and professional service! We found our daughter’s apartment in 2 days! The speed and can - do approach at Drakers and especially that of William’s help was second to none. Why I use Draker.
I have been a long standing client of Draker Lettings because I have always found the service they provide exceptional on every front. Their staff are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and very polite no matter what the issue. I would highly recommend Draker.

We've been trying to get our deposit back for almost three months. We scrambled to make the deposit so we could move in to a short-term rental when an AirBnB fell through. Draker has gone non-responsive, though.

This agency wasted my disabled mother’s valuable time, they said the owner of the property did not wish to rent to us{ 10 days before we were meant to move in} they said we needed more references but did not ask us for more and only used that to, in my opinion, discriminate against a disabled person. Why else would they say no us without trying to resolve the situation. They had our deposit and a 6 month in advance rent from us. It is sickening that agents are not regulated properly and they can do this to people. Landlords take full advantage of tenants and sadly agents do not help. I’m so saddened that after organising my mother’s move, we are now left homeless because of an awful landlord and an agency that could have done more but did not.

Before paying was very welcoming and replied to messages promptly, since paying the rent hardly replied to messages, read and not replied, I don't know if that's reasonable or not, I find it very disappointing.

Draker has been incredibly helpful in finding me a tenant and managing all the associated arrangements. The entire process was smooth and easy. As it was my first time renting out a property, Draker made the experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Mo Kanso and Kyra were prompt, friendly, and professional from the first flat visit. Mo answered my follow up questions thoughtfully and made sure that the leasing process was smooth and clear. He demonstrated genuine knowledge and care for both the Landlord and I and made what is otherwise a stressful decision simple and exciting.

Draker were really good. I'm particular Miss Kyra who helped me look at a property on kensel rise. She was amazing. Warm, friendly and didn't pressure me at all through put the whole experience. Asked her lots and lots of questions ( some smart and some dumb ) but she answered all off them without getting the slightest bit annoyed ( I would have haha). Honestly ask for her. Thank you Kyra!!

I had a great experience finding my new apartment in London through Draker. George Mikhailenko has been an amazing agent in this process, although the market is competitive George really made sure I got the property that I was looking for. His expertise and knowledge made the process easy to understand for us. It was very comforting to know that George was following us step by step.

We have the privilege of liaising with Luke Anderson in our search for an apartment for rent. In a landlord’s market where demand outweighs supply, and agents have no need to give tenants the time of the day, Luke stood out amongst the other agents in his kindness, politeness, and ability to match/pick out properties. He really listened to our requirements and surprised us with a set of listings that were on point in price and location, and he remembers the details of our needs even in conversations days later (because he took good notes!). He also went out of his way to show us properties that we said we were keen on even if it wasn’t in his domain, called/texted to confirm we were available on the day itself. His professionalism, effort, and attention to detail was outstanding as compared to our interactions with many, many other agents in this landlord’s market [we had met agents who forgot we had a viewing, were pushy and told us properties that were within our budgets werent available when they were just because they wanted to close a more expensive property with us etc]. Luke was nothing like that and you can trust that he has your interest at heart. Thank you Luke for making our experience so pleasant!

Great experience with Drakers - Kyra was really professional, and came well-prepared with a folder containing details of various properties which was a great touch.
