I’m quite surprised and disappointed by the way this company works.
Retaining customers’ deposit payments in this manner feels unfair and unprofessional. In particular, Ben’s conduct throughout this process has been especially concerning.

He completely lied to us just to get the deal signed, said the landlord didn’t live in the property and only came by every few months. In reality, the landlord lives there full-time, constantly showing up and harassing us.

When we tried to leave because of this, Ben still allowed the landlord to keep our deposit, even though we didn’t spend a single night there. Totally dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I had the most fantastic experience with Draker (Notting Hill). Rob is an absolute super star! He helped at a time when I was feeling really daunted about moving into a new place - he supported me every step of the way and made the entire process so easy. I was amazed with Rob’s efficiency - we managed to get everything sorted in one afternoon. He has the most fantastic, upbeat manner and I am incredibly grateful to him for finding me me my perfect place! Thank you Rob!

AVOID AT ALL COST. We had the WORST experience with Draker.
We signed a property and paid deposit and 6 months upfront and a week before move in they informed us that the landlord wanted to do further constructions and we couldn't move in. We had to chase everyday for an update - the agency and the landlord were not responsive. We then ended up homeless and they provided no support. The agency knew about the landlord having caused issues with past tenants and decided to hide this from us. They led us on for weeks until we finally dropped out and refused to pay the interests on the huge amount of money they held from us.

Short let accommodation and had no real help from the letting agent with problems .
They do not care and have literally taken the money and ran as fast as they can.

Are not engaging to sort out the problem .
this is most upsetting.

Once the contract is signed, the company completely stops caring about the management of the property. We committed to a £>5,500-per-month lease in Chelsea, expecting to enjoy a premium treatment.
However, within days, the situation turned into a nightmare. Drakers was fully aware of the flat’s pre-existing issues but chose not to disclose them. The property began to show numerous problems, including a severe leak, which made it increasingly uninhabitable. Despite repeated complaints, Drakers demonstrated no willingness to resolve any of these issues. Week after week, we received the same empty promises: "We’ll address this immediately." Yet, their representatives would vanish without resolving anything. It has been 10 months and the flat is still uninhabitable. The lack of accountability was shocking. I would not recommend them if you are looking to rent an expensive flat.

George was very helpful in helping me find an apartment. He was professional, attentive and proactive, and his responsiveness made the whole process run very smoothly. I would recommend George to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable and friendly agent.
