Extremely Disappointed
Order placed and BACS payment made the next day as per instructions.
Rang up for a delivery date a week later to be told that the order had not been processed. I had to send proof of payment even though this is not in the instructions and by the admission of the person on the end of the phone was not a normal requirement.
Delivery date was finally 2 weeks after placing order despite website says 3 working days.
Cost me a fortune in wasted labour time, client dissatisfaction and damage to reputation.

is there minus score available
is there minus score available! Absolute shambles…customer care is zero, accountability is zero, delivery capability is zero….its like transactions with the chuckle bros……to be fair there were lots of apologies. My order is now coming 17/07 (hopefully) which was ordered 26/06.(Very basic order couple of 110 mm pipes, couple of gully’s and couple of 90 joints. Promised delivery today (10/07) on Monday(06/07) after chasing order…..i rang today to be told next week….WTF! ring your customer, say sorry it’s delayed and offer a discount (which has now been offered). DS is NOT the way how not to run a business…next time buying local and happily loosing the savings for quick delivery, excellent customer service and care!!!!!

Good Morning Alex,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delays to your order and for the lack of proactive communication throughout the process. We completely understand why this has left you feeling let down.
Your order is now scheduled for delivery on 17th July, and as a gesture of goodwill we have arranged a full refund of your delivery charge. While we appreciate this doesn't make up for the inconvenience you've experienced, we hope it demonstrates that we have taken your concerns seriously.
You're absolutely right that we should have kept you informed as soon as we became aware of the delay, rather than leaving you to chase us for updates. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams so we can improve both our communication and delivery processes.
We genuinely appreciate your patience, and we're sorry that your experience has not reflected the standard of service we strive to deliver. We hope your order arrives as scheduled.
Please do contact us if you have any issues at all with this order.
Kind Regards
Sam

Don't expect decent delivery on larger items
On average their prices are good, their communication via chat is good and the rep there is to be commended, but as a company they make some awful mistakes in not warning consumers that items being ordered are either a) still to be manufactured or b) will take way longer to deliver than stated. I'm currently 14 days into an order, I've been advised that the items were due to be delivered twice now (Attenuation blocks, not easy to miss) and neither time has a delivery materialise and, despite Drainage Superstore emailing me to tell me it's been dispatched, I've just been informed by them that dispatch hasn't actually happened yet.
These delays and misinformation are now threatening to completely derail a project, and previous order I made with the company for drainage pipe had a similar issue.
They're alright, but maybe order your stuff 6 months in advance just in case because whether it's DS or the suppliers, there's a weak link in the chain somewhere.

Excellent folks and service
Took a time to get the correct recessed internal manhole because I couldn’t make my mind up - pennies a bit tight.
These guys were terrific in sorting the right triple seal cover and a delivery all within my budget. The quality of service matched the quality of product and I’m do very grateful. Putting right a builders mess is a nightmare but these guys certainly helped when I needed it. Thank you
