Be warned do not order from this company. The website gives the impression of a reputable clothing company that appears to be clothing of a high quality and class however that is so far from the reality. You will be mistaken to think that your item is being shipped from the UK or within the EU however after 3-4 weeks of the items not arriving you will contact Dorvelle for an update to which you will be be advised its en route being processed at customs , this is the first red flag !! When the shipment arrives you will firstly notice your products are sealed in a cheap and worn clear zipped bag giving the impression that it’s been round the planet. I ordered a pair of men’s shoes and trust me the quality was awful , I have never seen a pair of 40.00 shoes to be so badly made , no labels , no markings , just a plain pair of shoes !! Absolutely shocking !. Forget about asking for a full refund as they expect you to pay the cost to ship back to China , approx 20.00. Nothing is stated in the terms and conditions to state this however they don’t care, they do however offer a 35 percent refund to save you the hassle !, this tells you the quality of the product if they can just hand out this sort of discount. After a dozen or so emails with me refusing to pay for the post to China I accepted the 35 percent discount to which I haven’t received and the shoes went in the bin. Do not be fooled by this scam and stay well clear of this company and tell your family and friends. How they are allowed to operate I don’t understand.

Terrible company. False advertising and really bad quality AVOID at all costs

I wish I had checked here first. Ordered 2 pais of office trainers. After almost 2 weeks they arrived in a jiffy bag. No labels, no idea what they are made from or size as do not fit properly. very poor quality, I would be imbarresed to wear them out. I have emailed for the returns policy and await to see if I get a refund, doubt it looking at the other posts

Ordered a coat which was in sale paid £40 said it was half price, it is definitely not what I expected it's disgusting looks like it would cost a fiver to make shocking, took weeks to come also. Please dont order of this site it's a scam.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Struggling to return and get a refund for the trousers I bought. The item sent was completely the wrong size and I sense I have lost my money (which I cannot afford to do).

DO NOT buy anyting from them!!! They are scammers from China. Fake website, fake address and fake pictyres on their website. The shirt i've bought for £39 arrived one month later and OMG!!! You can nit imagine the quality, no size tags or or washing instrudction. When I asked for refund they asked to return it to China!! And I will only get very small part of £39 after spending so much money on the post!!!! Please don't buy anything from them!

Absolutely dreadful cheap Chinese crap turns up in a plastic bag no labels no nothing not worth half the price customer service is not responding or picking up phone!!! I have now sent over 11 emails in four days. I’ve now contacted my bank and have wrote to trade in standards. I think this company is fraudulent.!!!!’ Scammers!!!!!!

If I could give a zero star I would, please save your money!

I join hundreds of others that have written on Trust Pilot. The shirt I purchased in 'good faith' is not satin but polyester. There is no Dorevelle label in the inside of the collar and no care instructions. The shirt was £69 + to £39+. Do not be tempted.

IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS. THEY SAY THE RETURN WILL NEED TO BE SENT INTERNATIONALLY, AND IT WILL COST YOU A LOT OF MONEY IN POSTAGE AND TAKE A LONG TIME. BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE ADDRESS TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DOREVELLE. IT IS A SCAM.

Dodgy company - asking me to take a picture of the product to return?! I doubt will hear from them again. Filth.

Order 2 weeks ago, still no item despite me chasing. No email to track order either being fobbed off constantly.

Same issues as other posters but I refused delivery when I realised it was a Chinese website pretending to be European.
They to get my money back but unless the credit card company helps, I doubt I'll see it again.

DO NOT buy from this company, its returns policy is not as they state. Easy returns 30 days No Hassle.

When you insist that you just want a refund they say you have to return the item to an address in China at your cost. Even though on the posting label the returns address is in the UK and it was posted in the UK.
I have now after countless emails getting fobbed off raised the issue with my bank.
Do not buy from this company.

Misleading photo on website, poor quality, overpriced stay away from this company. Very poorly packaged, no paperwork, no labels. Scam company

Overseas company, possibly Holland, items shipped from China. When item arrived after a long wait, it came with no paperwork, no lables and tired well used (resealed) packaging. They use a UK type website (London address) but insist returns have to go to China.
Avoid this company at all cost !!! Scammers !!

After over a month waiting for it.
When it finally arrived.

Chinese website posing as being in London. Ordered two pairs of shoes which took 3 weeks to be delivered. Only problem is, Yodel delivered them to a different address so still haven’t got the items. E-mails being ignored as I have requested a refund and am not waiting for another 3 weeks for shoes. Disgusting company and service. Avoid at all costs
