I should have checked the reviews. Bought a pair of trainers that are the worst quality footwear you can imagine. Probably cost 10 pence to make. Also a jumper that is supposed to be XL, but more likely a medium. Also took nigh on 3 weeks to arrive. Scams. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a jumper. courier lost the parcel.
sent them the email from courier , they still won't refund me or even reply to me!

Scam company. Claims to be uk based and shows uk address but its not until you order you find its in china. Quality of products is poor. Won’t give you refunds of full amount only 25 percent. Avoid.

Product looks completely different than on the website. I couldn't get a tracking information. Then the tracking number has changed. Finally, when I got the parcel and decided that I want to return the product, customer service offers me a replacement or partial refund while keeping the item. It's just a Chinese sweatshop with nice website.

Avoid at all costs.
Ordered an item sized XL from website which took a while to arrive. When it did arrive, it was not as per the pictures featured on the website, poor quality fabric and totally void of any tags....but in an extra small size which would fit a child.
Contacted Dorevelle who offered a 30% refund without the need to return the item.
Total scam and absolutely disgusting way of doing business!

This is a scam company. Please do not buy. Poor cheap quality products for expensive prices. Spent £70 on a pair of boots that were the exact pair I had bought from temu for £10 ( which were busted in 2 weeks) I thought for price it was going to be at least good quality. May as well have torn up £70. No chance of refunds. Absolutely gutted and will never trust an unknown brand again.

Avoid at all costs. Shipped from China so no 3-5 day delivery. Quality absolutely shocking and does not match pictures on website.

I ordered 2 merino wool jumpers from dorevelle , they took a couple of weeks to arrive no labels in garments which is not legal as clothing has to have labels stating what garment is made from, country of manufacture etc. and am sure not merino wool. Lumpy seams in garments
I have sent several emails and not had any reply so am reporting to Trading Standards. Lesson learnt should have checked this company out. SCAM. And SCUMBAGS

The company deceives people first by claiming to be based in London when they aren't, as they are based in China (items arrive from and apparently need to be returned to China, they also mention a team in Amsterdam and somewhere else I think I saw an address for somewhere in North England, so who knows what dodgy stuff they are doing). They advertise product as of a specific material and when you receive them, it isn't the material they listed in their website (eg I bought merino wool sweatshirts and I received some cheap stuff I wouldn't pay £1 for. I know what merino wool looks and feels like as all my winter jumpers/sweatshirts are in merino wool). Items take forever to arrive and they send them only after you contact them saying you will contact you credit card holder to block the payment. Once received, if you want to return the items they offer you a discount and ask you to reply advising how you'd like to proceed (discount or full refund) and once you do, they no longer get back to you. Avoid avoid avoid as it's more the hassle you will need to go through than anything else. You can't put zero stars otherwise I would have.

EDIT: The company got back in touch and I can now add they are also breaching Consumer Rights and declining to honour their statutory obligation. Despite being required to provide free returns (and they also state this on their website) they are refusing and asked me to cover costs to return the items to China. They also had the audacity to ask me to declare only £10 value when I paid over £50.

Please please please avoid this company and if anyone has already felt victim of their scam, please do report them to the Trading Standards UK so they can be investigated and never allowed to trade in UK again (they are registered in UK, on the Company Houses, the Director is a Dutch person who opened the business not long ago. Business address on website is of a company that helps people setting up businesses)

I can only agree with all reviews that went before me - just awful!!! The goods are extremely poor quality. I received wrong size and wrong colour (Boots were ordered)
Unfortunately they have no return policy to speak of !!! - if like me you need to send back you have to pay (min charge £35.00 postage to China !!!) so you have no choice but to accept their minimal discount (20%)
So frustrating !!! Do not order from this company !!! Complete con- artists

Worst clothing shopping expirience in my life. They lie about the delivery time. It says 4 days on the site while it actually took about 3 weeks. You cannot cancel an order if you do so by mistake. The return is made difficult. I would suggest you never shop from here as it will certainly lead to dissapointment.

I should have read the reviews on this company before buying from Dorevelle. The jumper I purchased took ages to arrive, but when it did I realised why - it had come from China. Extremely poor quality although it was quite expensive. I have given two stars because I did get 50% of my money back, after haggling, although I really didn't want the item. Lesson learned.

Like everyone else, I fell for this scam company with cheap crappy clothing arriving weeks after ordering. Unwearable and refund requested which Ive been instructed to post to China. I'll be instigating a charge back.

Scam website.
My mother-in-law asked me to buy her something from this website, and I'm kicking myself for not doing a bit of due diligence before researching it. I would have saved myself money.
Prodyct arrives, it's NOTHING like the image, and absolutely tiny, doesn't even fit me (I'm a small and ordered an XL for my MIL)
No product tag, labelling, smells musty and dirty.
It arrived from China, and when I emailed them saying I wanted a refund, I was told i needed to pay for this to be sent back to China. Which would cost me nearly as much as the product did.
This wasn't explained on the website anywhere.
And they keep updating the Refund Policy every single day (I took a screenshot)
I've reported them to Shopify and Trading Standards.
The company director is some dodgy bloke based in the Netherlands - look the company name up on Companies House, his name is VAN LEEUWEN, Gabriel Andreas

It's clearly a Drop Shipment website where he's used AI to generate product images and descriptions, then has a warehouse in China send whatever they want.

Avoid at all costs – I only got my money back through my bank

I ordered from “Dorevelle ” thinking it was a legit clothing site – the website looked professional and the prices seemed good, so I trusted it. Big mistake.

My order arrived 6 weeks later with the wrong items.

I didn’t receive any proper tracking or meaningful updates.

Emails were vague and unhelpful, and nothing was actually resolved.

In the end, I had to go through my bank to get my money back – Dorevelle themselves did nothing to fix it.

In my personal opinion this feels more like a trap than a real shop. If a business was genuine, they’d ship the goods or refund you directly instead of leaving it to the bank to sort out.

I’m leaving this review so other people don’t lose time and money like I did. I won’t be ordering from Dorvelle again and I’d strongly advise others to stay away.

Don't buy off this so called company you get scammed you don't get product I ordered zip tops which never came tell your bank and fraud team
