Door Warehouse (Deeside) Anmeldelser

We attended the showroom without an appointment, we didn’t get jumped on straightaway, so we had the opportunity to look around before anyone asked if we needed help.

We explained what we wanted and then we looked at designs. They went through the process with us and explained all the details. Every step hit the timescale we were advised of.

Mike came to measure up. Both Mike and John were professional, helpful and tidy. We really couldn’t have received a better service from the guys in the office, to the guys installing.

100% recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Team!

From start to finish the service I received was 5 star, my old back door just wouldn't open Michael came to fit a new one it only took 2 hours he was very friendly and cleaned up and took away my old decrepit door. Thank you all of you I can now get into the back garden to put out my washing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable when choosing doors we bought. Thank you to Mark who fitted our interior doors excellent workmanship and spotless when finished

I was recently made homeless but now have a forever home. I went to door warehouse to enquire about getting some doors because the ones in the property were in such a bad state. I told them my circumstsnces. They have been so unbelievably kind to me. I am so so grateful. Restores faith in humanity. Thank you to Dan , Matt and all the staff and owners. As you said its good to be kind. God bless and Thank you.

Lovely friendly business came out measured up and doors were fitted within 2 weeks. Doors look amazing the joiner Derek went above & beyond so he got them perfect. Would definitely recommend

From order to fitting everything was handled professionally, we had John come to install the frame and door, very please with his work, which was carried out in a clean and very professional manner.
More than satisfied with this company, I will be ordering more from them at a later date.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Joe knew what 1930s doors we were looking for, found them in the warehouse, booked us in for everything.
Mark came and fitted all 5 plus a glazed oak bifold and has done a fantastic job!
We are so pleased with them, exactly what we were looking for!
Thanks 😊

Another Outstanding Experience with The Door Warehouse, Deeside Just had my second job completed by the team—this time, a supply and fit of new banisters with glass insets—and once again, they’ve exceeded all expectations.
Joe was, as always, exceptional. From the moment I placed the order, he managed everything with precision and care. His communication was faultless—keeping me updated at every stage and ensuring everything was ordered and scheduled perfectly. It’s rare to find someone so consistently professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in customer satisfaction.
Liam arrived bang on time and worked solidly all day to complete the fitting. His craftsmanship is simply superb. He’s an outstanding joiner—meticulous, highly skilled, and clearly takes immense pride in his work. Beyond that, he’s a pleasure to have around: polite, respectful, and a true professional in every sense.
The transformation is stunning, and the quality of the finish speaks volumes about the team’s dedication and expertise. I’m genuinely thrilled with the result.
I can’t thank The Door Warehouse enough. From start to finish, they’ve delivered excellence, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier service and workmanship. Joe and Liam are a credit to the business, and the whole team deserves high praise.
If you’re considering a project—big or small—don’t look anywhere else. The Door Warehouse is the gold standard.

Almost placed an order elsewhere, but when comparing TrustPilot reviews between them and here, the other company had a lot of complaints about warranty issues after the first 12/24mo, whereas here seemed more positive (them offering a full 10 year warranty on everything).

So we popped down, and Joe was really helpful (despite our indecisiveness and spending weeks going back and forth deciding what we wanted 😄). We settled on a Rock Door for the front, and (after some discussion with Mike the fitter, also very helpful) an alu bifold for the rear.

It was around 7 weeks from order to fit. Both doors were fit today and we absolutely love them! The doors are both great, and they've been fit and finished perfectly.

Would not hesistate to recommend them again, and they'll be first choice when we get around to replacing the internal doors.

Thanks!

Ordered our new front and back doors from door warehouse and are over the moon with the look ,quality and fitting .We were given expert advice and help designing exactly what we wanted and were kept up to date throughout the process .Mike who fitted them was brilliant and we are so thrilled with how they look and they have already made a huge difference with no draughts coming in already .They even disposed of our old doors for us .Can't recommend this company enough and when we come to replace the doors inside it is the only place we will go to now .Fantastic service and workmanship

100% recommend this company.

From the assistance with door design to the final fitting, everything was perfect. Joe couldn't help enough to ensure we got the door we wanted, kept us up to date and a clean, professional fitting by Mike.
A perfect door and perfect service 10/10.

From start to finish of dealing with Joe at the door warehouse everything was seamless , quick responses to any questions I had prior to installation. Door fitting by Jordan was excellent , professional , extremely clean and tidy and good craftsman.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and a bonus prices were very competitive.
Thanks , very happy customer

We decided to change our stair fittings from painted spindles, bannisters and rails to oak woodwork and straight metal spindles. The whole process from beginning to end has been a pleasure to deal with, from communicating with Joe in the office through to the expertise and excellent workmanship of John doing the fitting.
As Door Warehouse is such a good firm to deal with we will be using them again very soon.

Fitted 13 doors in a very old wonky house so not an easy job! Great service, great responses, great product, lovely tidy, clean helpful joiners, very happy with end result, would thoroughly recommend.

The service from The Door Warehouse (Deeside) has been first class. We had internal doors fitted in June of last year and we were very pleased with the work. This month we had all our windows and front door replaced by them. The fitters, Mike and Liam were professional and friendly. They went over and above to get things right for us, even when it wasn't straightforward for them. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very happy with our new oak doors, good advice, competitive price and delivery when promised. Friendly and efficient.

I used door warehouse to replace all my doors and windows during a home renovation a few years back.

I recently had an issue with the main door not opening / unlocking. I called them, and they attended, repaired and replaced parts of the door with zero hassle, and covered it all under their warranty.

I can't fault this company, delivering exactly what they promise when you buy from them. This company really looks after their customers.

Great job guys, thank you so much.
