We Do Doors Anmeldelser

From the first call through to installation, communication was excellent, the team kept me updated at every step. The online product selection process is one of the best I've encountered; user friendly and detailed. The door I chose was built, quality checked and delivered in a timely manner and at a very competitive price. Installation was incredible, the old door and frame was removed, the frame housing made good and the new door set in place in record time. Lewis, the fitter, was great, friendly and professional and left the area cleaner than it was when he started. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend We Do Doors and LJS Doors and Windows.

Amazing service from start to finish and kept me updated at every stage. Ian the fitters was so friendly and polite. Love my new back door

Excellent door supplier!
Ordering our doors was simple, and they were straightforward to assemble. The team kept me fully updated at every stage of the process, with clear updates on stock status too. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for anyone looking for new doors.

I was very pleased from the start of my order to the actual completion. The door was fitted to a very high standard and i would employ you again .

Deposit was taken immediately, but more than two weeks later there has been no progress and no communication. I have sent emails and received no response at all.

Taking a customer's deposit and then ignoring them is unacceptable. If my deposit is not refunded promptly, I will be taking legal action to recover my money.

Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience overall.

top service all round, good correspondence and quality fitters

The whole process was really easy and efficient. Great initial customer service and all really clear in the sales stage. The fitter (John) came out and did all the measurements quickly. Really good communication and kept informed throughout. When the door was fitted, again by John, all was really professional and brilliantly done. I would use the company again and would highly recommend to others. Specific credit to John the fitter who was superb.

Just had the door fitted, it looks gorgeous. Very good quality all the fixtures have been fitted extremely well. Overall perfect.
Also Rod Heritage done a wonderful job. Very efficient and professional, the fitting didn’t taken long and left no mess.

The website was easy to navigate, and designing the door was simple too. The sales team was quick to call and arrange everything. Our fitter, George, was very approachable and friendly. The wait time wasn't too long, and the finished door looks beautiful!

From start to finish been informed at all times, very friendly and helpful staff.
Delighted with my door it looks lovely and Lee who fitted it was very efficient and helpful, would highly recommend the company.

Great company to deal with. Realistic price for the door and a great service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Worked with Jake who was really helpful, door looks lovely.
Only reason for 4 stars is that the website gave me the option to select black internal and black hinges then after everything was confirmed and just before I paid, was told this in fact isn’t an available option with the Chartwell green external so now I have a white internal door that I didn’t really want but accepted it’ll have to do and I’ll eventually have to paint the internal black like I originally wanted since white doesn’t exactly go with my dark gothic home decor.

Easy to plan your door and if you want to change anything before its final you can do .Every thing went brilliant from ordering to the fitter who fit the door he was brilliant well done to Ian brown

Excellent customer service. Kept me informed throughout the process. Tony, who fitted the doors, was very professional and thorough. The finish and details are amazing. Good quality doors with substantial locking system.

Very thorough from start to finish with clear points of reference for the different stages of the process. Great quality product fitted professionally, competitivly priced. Many thanks

Communication was easy. Great quality door fitted by a punctual, efficient and friendly professional. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is I had to wait a long time (longer than I expected) between putting through my order and the actual door installation.

I highly recommend We Do Doors. From the first application picking my own door from their website, the service thereafter was good, keeping me updated with everything. Once fitted, it looked great and was of good quality. I am very happy from start to finish.

Very professional and high quality service. Our door was manufactured, delivered and installed without any delays.
