Fantastic Experience - Highly Recommend
Absolute delight to liaise with the staff team from ordering to fitting of our new front door. Polite, helpful and definitely not pushy sales team who were genuinely interested in our order being right for us. We were kept informed about progress of the door order from its manufacture to being delivered with our local fitter. The door was fitted by Paul inside a morning and the end product was fabulous. It was an excellent customer service experience from start to finish. Highly recommend

I really love the door
I really love the door. It's made such a diffference. I feel safer and much warmer. The kitchen used to be the coldest room in the house - no more! My cat wasn't too sure at first but she uses it all the time now. The fitter, Paul did a very good job of installing the door, and was very helpful, answering any questions I had.
I would recommend We Do Doors!

Excellent service from first enquiry to job completion.
Helpful advice when I first enquired about a replacement door, no hard sell just information about the options, the door fitter took all the measurements and passed that information on. I was kept informed about the progress of my order at all stages.
Once door was manufactured it was sent to the door fitter who then fitted the door and took the old one away.
The door is excellent and was fitted quickly and professionally. A superb job.

Fantastic Experience
The whole experience from placing the order to installation was great. The team provided regular updates and checked in to make sure all was going to plan. Everyone was so helpful and when we had questions about the design, they provided good recommendations. It’s been especially great for my Mum who has bad arthritis as the new door is much easier for her to use. Our fitter Scott was fantastic and took time installing the door to make sure it was perfect. The new door is quality and looks stunning. We are really happy with We Do Doors and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Impressed with the service from We Do Doors
We have recently had a Fife Composite Door with a SureFlap Microchip pet flap installed and are delighted with the final product. A few comments on our own experience:
We found the website and design tool easy to use and navigate with plenty of different options, colours and features with which to experiment before making our choice.
Once we had made our choice, the follow-up call was straightforward and Kerrie took us through our selection and answered our questions. We did agree to a couple of additional options, including a thumbturn lock, but there was no upselling pressure, and these have proved to be good decisions.
The timetable for fitting the door took a little longer than anticipated but, as we live in a fairly out-of-the-way location and were not in a hurry, this was no problem. We appreciated the communication throughout the process.
The fitting by Christopher Wallace went smoothly and we were delighted with the quality, look and presentation of the door. Christopher tidied up afterwards, removed our old door, and talked us through the features of the door before handing over the keys for us to try the door for ourselves.
We are pleased with how smoothly the door opens and closes and, even though we selected a cat flap, we haven’t noticed any droughts, and a big improvement on our old door (our new cat is also very happy, as he took to the flap quickly and doesn’t now have to wait for us to let him in and out!)
Finally, we thought the overall cost was reasonable and appreciated that the bulk of the payment isn’t required until after the door is fitted and the customer is satisfied.
Overall, we were impressed with the service from We Do Doors and are happy to recommend them to anyone considering a new door.
