Door is excellent quality but missing the handle when it arrived - back up recovery service was fine though.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to your order being outside our usual delivery radius, we used a different transport company, which caused this issue as it was their error. We made sure they sent the door handle out immediately. We are glad you appreciate that we have resolved the issue swiftly.

Can’t fault them
Found a great door at the right size for a great price. Not too difficult to fit if you follow their guide and have the willingness to give it a go. They are super helpful. I had a small issue with missing keep plates but they resolved that quickly and got them in the post to me. I am really pleased with the door. Super quality and now we have no draughts. What is not to like.
