Ich bin nicht der Einzige, der das nicht mit dem Abo gemerkt hat. Und vermutlich ist die Bestätigungs-Mail im Spam-Ordner gelandet, sodass ich nicht reagieren konnte. Ich habe Docunary vorgeschlagen, das Abomodell transparenter zu gestalten und an den Nutzer auch auf deutsch die Frage zu stellen, ob er das Angebot für ein Abo annehmen möchte und das soll dann der Nutzer aktiv mit einem Haken bestätigen. In meinem Fall hat sich Docunary kulant gezeigt und hat die Rückerstattung vorgenommen.
