Awful service. Customer relations from 'Engineers' is absolutely appalling.
Can't carry out a simple task or provide any documents regarding what work has been carried out on my vehicle.

They kept me informed to what was happening to my car. The car came back like new. Really pleased.

I was contacted very quickly. The advisors who spoke to me on the phone were all very helpful, polite and professional. I was given all the information I needed and kept informed every step of the way. This helped me to remain calm at a stressful time following my accident.
The drivers who transported my car to be repaired and then brought it back were marvellous. Friendly and very helpful.
The repair was done extremely quickly and to an excellent standard. My car was valeted inside and out, it was like a new car when it was brought back.

My car was given back to me in a filthy state, they then sent someone out to clean the car and to fix damage done to interior like stain marks from chemicals on the leather that even the valet could not fix, the company said they would fix it but have ignored me ever since

I was very happy with the repair and the friendliness of the staff, who kept me updated. My car was collected on 26/05/2026. I didn't get it back until 10/07/2026, more than six weeks later, as the parts took a long time to arrive. As the MOT and tax ran out they were kind enough to take it to my local garage when it was fixed so I didn't have to risk driving it illegally. The only thing I question is whether or not they could have done more to persuade the manufacturer to ship the parts earlier

This company has got to be by far one of the best repair companies I’ve ever had to deal with.

From the moment I arranged for the repairs on my car to the moment (today as a matter of fact) when my car was returned to me, I’ve had nothing but excellent service.

The day my car was collected we had one slight issue with the courtesy car which had been left for us to use. The car was not in the best of conditions. However, when I contacted the service department they couldn’t have been more apologetic. The car which had been sent out had not been prepared for use and had some how slipped through. They were unable to deliver a new vehicle that day, but promised a new car would be dropped off the following day, and they were true to there word. The new car was brand new, and apart from a view knocks and bumps from the previous driver it was immaculate.

Each day I’ve received updates with cars progression through the link the company provided me. I received messages from the mechanic working on my car to give me updates as there was a slight delay with receiving the parts. But we didn’t mind the delay.

I understand, from reading some of the previous reviews, some of you have a had a bad experience. I’m sorry to hear this. But, from start to finish, every single member of the team I have dealt with has been nothing more than well mannered and helpful. I would have no issue in recommending this company to any one needing repair work done, and in turn I would have no problem in going back to this company for work; although I hope I don’t have to! Lol! Thanks again.

Not the greatest garage i have used put an all weather tyre on my car after accident repair all the rest were regular tyres only found out at my MOT

Really fast service, clear communication throughout and car returned promptly

The car was a decent job
But took far to long
I was told a fortnight but in fact it was 6 weeks , for a small dent to the rear !

Delighted with repair and method of keeping me informed about my vehicle. Collection and delivery drivers were friendly and I appreciated the phone calls from them.

I was kept in touch with the ongoing repair at all times and the collection and delivery service was excellent.
Iwas very pleased with the end result.

What an amazing service! From start to finish, the whole process exceeded my expectations by a very long way. My car was picked from my home, repaired to an exceptionally high standard and then delivered back to my home. All staff involved were friendly, courteous and very informative and were a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Well done to everyone at DLG Auto.
