Total scammers. They are useless and and unhelpful. After I did all the work myself to collect money they invoiced me for 10% of what I recovered.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

0 (ZERO) stars for these crooks, I have paid $864.00 to open an account. I have customers that did not pay, that includes a judgement in the amount of $86.000.00 + interest which would be around $97,000.00, to make a very long story short... a while later they informed me that it is useless and that they went after the guy and had no chance of collecting the entire amount, after a back and forth for 2 weeks, I offered a settlement at $25,000.00 lump sum, in the end Dixon Commercial convinced me to accept $22,500.00, to which I finally said yes, thinking that $22,500.00 minus they advertised fee of 10% would come to approximately $20,000.00 in my pocket, better than nothothing but not even close to $97,000.00. At that point they have received my payment from the person that owed me, ... They kept my payment in their office for almost 2 and half months, from Dec 31 2021 till March 04 2022, 20 phone calls later and a lot of runaround on my behalf from every single one of their employees (lets not forget that these crooks are supposed to be looking for my best interests, because I already paid them to set up an account and become their client), telling me all kinds of stories they finally sent my cheque, and Surprise Surprise, I have received a cheque from Dixon Commercial in the amount of just over 12,000.00 (See Attached Pic), these crooks not only convinced me to accept a minimal amount as settlement, they also stole almost 50% of the recovered funds, that on top of basically selling me off as their customer
I would like to get in contact with any and all victims of these thieves.

they don't produce, no one to speak to, no results. a complete waste of time and money. DON'T USE THEM!

We hired them to collect on some accounts. The sales guy either lied or no one else in the organization knows what can and cannot be done. The collections agent negotiated a payment plan with one of my clients that would take 2 YEARS to be paid without my consent. And now NO ONE returns calls or emails. Steer clear!

This company is trying to extort money from me !

Their claiming I'm on the hook for a account that a company I used to work for years ago had outstanding with one of their clients
But I didn't own a company! And I'm confused how they can try hold me responsible when I was only a manager at the company

They threaten and harass me multiple times a week !!

Misleading correspondence received from them suggesting "renewal" was now due. *Never* had an account with them. Disgraceful business practice.

This company is a scam, and I suspect that any good review is from an employee of theirs (notice how the good reviews are usually very vague). They take $800 as an opening fee to start an account with them, then ignore you completely and do not collect any money from any of your clients. Most collection companies are "only pay if we collect the money" so do not be fooled by needing to pay a starting fee. We have tried to cancel our accounts with them for YEARS with no response by email, phone, or registered mail. Do not trust any good reviews for this company.

After receiving service for 3 months, I have been very satisfied. It's like having an employee who is strictly dedicated to chasing bills. It’s pretty fantastic to not have to worry about that issue anymore. It’s worth the money.

These guys are crooks. They will promise all sorts of things on the phone trying to get you to sign up for their services. Then after the contract is signed, it's very difficult to get anyone to answer emails. They are very misleading in what they promise you. I was specifically told the fees I paid would cover any potential paralegal costs should I proceed to file a small claims court case. I knew the court costs would be extra. But when I went to file claim, I was told the paralegal fees are not covered. They also completely misled me about their collection fees. I don't know how anyone would give this company a good review. Don't be fooled !! they haven't gotten a single dime for me.

Had a great experience with the staff at Dixon Commercial. All the employees from the account manager to the customer service rep were very very helpful & dealt with me in a professional manner from start to finish. I was able to recover the overdue accounts in a timely manner & I am very pleased with the results.

I recommend using dixon if you have money owed to you. They make it easy

We have been using Dixons service for over 10 years. There website makes it easy to submit accounts and recover money from deliquent accounts

Recently my mother passed away. She owned a wedding dress store and had over 60 clients who had been ether given credit or who had still to pay. After word spread to her clients about her death many attempted to take advantage of this but not paying or trying to convince me (the new owner of the dress shop) that they had already paid, to spite the fact that there was absolutely no record of the payment. On the other hand some of my mother’s clients who had heard that she passed away and had ordered dresses but not paid for them decided not to go through with the order, the problem here was they had agreed to buy the dresses and my mother had already ordered the material – and this material is unique and expensive.
I was taking over my mother’s business and finding it very hard as my cash flow was severally interrupted by the people who didn’t want to pay the bills they owed and by people backing out of agreements that they made. My mother had built this dress shop up from nothing and it was a very successful business that was about to die.
I found out about Dixon Commercial Investigators through a business program that I am in for women in business they suggested I call Dixon and see if there was anything they could do.

At first it all sounded too good to be true. But as I really did not want my mother’s dream to die I took the chance and became a member with them. Nothing happened the first 2 months and I thought nothing would but about 10 weeks after becoming a member I started to receive cheques and still have to this day. Most of the people who owed and were trying to trick me that they had already paid my mother have now paid and the people who were trying to back out of the orders that they placed if Dixon Commercial Investigators could not get them to pay for the full balance of continue with the order they got them to at least cover the cost of the materials that my mother had already ordered.
In short I would not be in business today if it were not for the services of these guys.

The sales rep was really helpful in getting me to understand that write offs don’t need to equal never seeing my money again. They can go after them and the money can be collected.
