I think the biggest issue I find…
I think the biggest issue I find bothersome is that it seems all interaction has been technology driven.
Almost all dialog has been via email or text message.
There has been very little personal interaction. Being a senior, I don't find this very comfortable. I was attracted to your company by the attractive prices,
and I guess there are basic truths to life and one that applies here is that you get what you pay for. I received my new hearing aids yesterday but am a little intimidated by them. I have been wearing
Eargo hearing aids for over 10 years and really enjoy their simplicity. But since I need the BiCros technology I am trying the Phonaks. However, a little personal attention would go a log way toward making the transition easier.

I requested a hearing aid replacement…
I requested a hearing aid replacement and it reached me on time in my hotel, so far so good, but a link was included which I did not asked for and could not use either due to my limited time in the States and on top of the package I was advised that $300 would be charged to me if I would not send (something I didn’t order) it back in time. I had two options to leave it in the hotel with the possibility that the link would get lost or look on my way to the airport for a UPS and send it back myself. I did the latter and told your office that I paid $11,12 which I would like to get back. The answer I received was that your office is charging $15 for a return label. This is not what I expected and in my opinion is cheating!!!!!

Regarding the return label fee, it’s part of our policy to charge a flat rate for return labels, but we understand this wasn’t clearly communicated upfront, and we will certainly review how we explain these terms to our customers. Turn around time
Only downside is the time it took to return my hearing aids after I sent them in. They were fixed and seam to work better than when I first bought them.

Dealing with issues with my hearing aids
When I have an issue with my hearing aids Will is right there to assess the problem.
When I need new pieces for my hearing aids to work I received them two days later. He is very patient guiding me through the sets in the Phonac app.

To be honest, I didn't think an online discount hearing aid provider could help with my moderate to sever hearing issue. I sent Discountdailyhearing
an audiologist's test report to program the Phonak hearing aids before shipment, they arrived within 5 days. A company technician called to make adjustments and answer questions after I had a chance to trial the hearing aids for a week. He was able and activate the manual Spheric Speach in Loud Noise program while on the phone ( I purchased the Phonak Audeo Sphere Infinio I90). This hearing aid is by far the best hearing aid I have purchased. Discoundailyhearing is very professional, the service is great and the price can't be beat!

Real service, top level product, and a great price
Number one is price, and number two is Will, the service tech who adjusted my hearing aids. Overall, everything has been great. I paid less than half of what the brick and mortar store wanted for Phonak waterproof R-90 hearing aids and even got the rechargeable storage case. The brick and mortar store couldn't remotely tune them, and they were 45 minutes away. Times have changed and you can get better prices and better service from DDH than a traditional hearing aid mill.

Their communication is terrible
Their communication is terrible unless you like leaving messages and/or always having to text. Forget talking to a human being when you want to....I think they only have one employee that works every other week.
I just recieved your playcated response to make your selves look better in the internet eyes. Want to look better in mine.....try calling me finally. OH! and by the way I am a 2 time customer so the fact that you don't care enough to call back only shows future customers what thay can expect from you
