Convenient and Quick service
This is my first set of hearing aids to address my high frequency hearing loss, and I was very impressed with the ordering process. I did not know what to expect from doing this online, but DiscountDaily Hearing made it so easy. Immediate personal follow up and tracking of my order were also a great touch.

Needs major improvement, perhaps if I flew down and spent whatever time was necessary to determine if phonaks are for me

This was a new experience for me and I was not sure of how the remote process would work.My technician was punctual, and very patient with me uploading the program onto my computer. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hearing aids, and I came away with a much better understanding of the cause of tinnitus which I have suffered with for over 30 years. He was very thorough and had a nice sense of humor. I am highly recommending Discountdailyhearing and their staff for your hearing needs!

I would not have gotten my first hearing aids this way, except a friend had gone this route recently and was totally satisfied with the service. Cost savings was significant. So far, I would have to say I’ve been very happy with everything. Good service for set up.

Shameful Service
To put an extremely shameful service experience simply: I was given false information by sales. I was given false information by my "specialist." My hearing aids arrived late and were programmed incorrectly, causing headaches, distortion and disorientation. I had to see a doctor to reprogram them as a result. My orders were input incorrectly. My emails went unanswered. My texts went unanswered. I was told by customer service to find information I needed by myself online (they called me "Mama"). I was hung up on repeatedly. As a result of making the company aware of my issues with service, I was threatened with harassment. Listen, I know it costs more to order hearing aids through an audiologist, but retirees deserve better service. Everyone deserves better service.

Poor Service
I just sent my Phonak Hearing Aids in for service and was told it would be at least 2 weeks before I would get them back. This is a long time to be without hearing aids.

Bad experince of returned customer
As a returned customer I ordered Phonak receivers without checking the prices at other locations. It was charged $150 per receiver. After I received the receivers I found out that the receivers sells about $50 per receiver. I informed the DiscountdailyHearing about this huge price difference hoping that they would match their price to the market value. They did not change their charges. Then I wanted to return the unused receivers in their original packages for refund. Their response was "Accessories are non refundable." although it was not mentioned in their refund policy. I am very disappointed but feel ok because I was going to order a new set of Phonak hearing aids from them in January if I did not have this experience. I suggest checking out market prices carefully before making any order.

After his adjustments, I am hearing the best at 75 years old than ever in my life. Even before I had any hearing loss!!!!!
