Just bought 50l silent compressor.
What a piece of kit
Pressured up in 1 half minutes from empty .
Is very very silent I can watch TV in same room .
All good quality.
Arrived two days early as well .
First impressions are good .

ordered a Mobility scooter via this company back in May 2020, so I've not even had the Scooter for 5 months, this morning as I was coming home from the School drop off, I had to cross the road, as I was going up the other drop curb my whole steering column snapped right off at the base, causing me to come off the scooter and smashing my knee up, I took pictures of the damage done and pictures of the snapped steering, I contacted the company about this and sent them the pictures of the damage, and instead of offering me my refund as requested due to damaged defectective goods, they state that I must put it back in original packaging and pay the courier service myself and then they went on to imply it was my fault this happened, yet I have 2 witnesses who saw the whole thing happen. Ive spent the rest of this afternoon arguing with this company over this issue. They also charged me VAT even though on medical grounds and being registered as a disabled person I am VAT exempt. Having checked reviews of the same company and scooter it turns out I am not the first customer to have issues with these.
They are disgusting vile people who have no customer service skills and pray on the vulnerable. I have found them to be less than helpful and quick to blame others. This scooter came with a 12 month Manufacturer Warranty, so it is still under it.

Ordered 3 gun cabinet delivered within 48 hours, felt nervous due to reviews must say product is excellent especially for the money? So must say first class, product and delivery.

Bit of genuine feedback for the company ... little bit more post sale feedback would be good. Ie confirmation email and delivery timescale. All good though thank you.

I Bought a log splitter that failed after two months, I contacted seller who were very helpful. After trying several things they sent a new part out no problem. all now OK.

Waited a few days, the told it was out of stock even though they still have them for sale on Amazon

Ordered and received within a couple of days a deluxe 6 gun cabinet. It is absolutely superb in every way and about half the price of similar items. The build quality is top notch. Very, very pleased.

I got so bored waiting for a parcel from this lot to arrive that I did a little research on who I was actually buying from.

It seems that Dirty Pro Tools is also an ebay seller called "Home-then-garden", An Amazon shop called "D Pro Tools UK", And "S S Johal and Sons Ltd" which do....... Well, Hard to tell on that one. Looks like they have fingers in everything from clothing sales all the way to financial advice.
They mostly work out of 97-105 Monk Street, Derby, Derbyshire. DE22 3QE, And the biggest similarity with all these companies (On top of how they all only have people whose last name is "JOHAL" in every registered company position) is that compared to other companies in the sector, they appear to have rather more customers reporting that they haven't received their goods despite the seller being adamant that they'd posted them (And have tracking numbers to prove it !)...... It seems that you can pay DHL online to get a tracking number and never actually give them anything to deliver.

To be honest I'm glad they never really sent my item because that made it easier to get a PayPal refund, And from what I've read I'm pretty sure they'd not have honored their warranty anyway.
