Ordered gun cabinet. Paid the extra postage to NI. Order refunded to PayPal the next day. No explanation why ordered was cancelled. Really poor customer service & communication. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Been 7 days and still not delivered there couriers just change delivery because they have nothing else in your area and not only when you have it changed to a business address they say delivery due at 18:30 absolutely stay away not worth the hassle

Absolute rubbish. two weeks waiting for a delivery that was never mentioned in the first order. Waited in all day wheen I was told delivery would be here but nothing. ne replies to meails, the website chat was open for 15 minutes with no reply, I called and was answered by a different company, the guy refunded me straight away when I asked so theres the 1 star.
If you want something quickly don't bother, if you would ike someone to reply to you when needed, don't bother. Sadly just a waste of everyones time and energy.

FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY WHAT A LAUGH JUST GOT A EMAIL SAYING MY GUN CABINET WILL BE WITH ME IN 7 DAYS. IF I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE THAT LONG I WOULD'VE BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THAT GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

Ordered a 6 gun cabinet for my air guns which I have to say is excellent exactly as described and delivered on time,unfortunately I have lost a set of keys my own fault entirely and I have emailed DPT 3 times over the last couple of weeks to see if I can obtain a spare ste of keys and I've had no response from this company whatsoever. As I've said it's entirely my fault and I could phone but I thought I may have had a message back by now. Seems like they are happy to take your shilling but if you have a problem forget it.

In November 2020 I bought some tools from several companies to finish and fill the workshop - But was hospitalised just before Christmas and due to the lengthy recovery period didn't open the box until the Summer of 2021. I took the band saw out of the box, set it up on the bench and made a couple of test cuts - Then I set up the fence but the rubber belt on the lower pulley snapped less than an inch into the first piece of wood!
I contacted DPT by phone, the person was understanding and helpful and said that it wasn't a known fault and that they’d replace the belt - But after I contacted customer service in writing the responses were entirely the opposite, demanding that I pay for the replacement part because of the time factor - which although outrageous given the circumstances that only a manufacturing defect could cause this breakdown, but I agreed to pay so I could use the bandsaw!

But despite giving them several opportunities to step up to the plate, it's already Autumn and the parts department have not raised an invoice or been in contact to let me know how many more months they will need to source a rubber band for their own machines.

Ordered french chest of drawers got a link to choose delivery date came when it was meant to in perfect condition excellent compared to other companies I've ordered from will definitely use again.

Despite all the bad reviews, I cannot complain. I bought a welder which is excellent and a number of mig wire reels. All work to a very good standard. Cusyomee service is not prompt but they do reply in a few days.

Absolutely fuming, ordered a cabinet from these guys few months ago and was told expected delivery would be 6-8 weeks. the item arrived in 3 weeks.

the property was under renovation so we decided to leave the cabinet in its packaging.

once work was completed we decided to fit the cabinet. it seems like they forgot the draws. we contacted the company and explained the issue.

the response we got was 'it has been 2 months now since delivery what do you want us to do'.

all we wanted was the draws not even a replacement. we wont be using this company again and think everyone should avoid t all costs. i will be trying to contact trading standards for a claim but dont see no hope.

Bought a petrol jet wash over a week ago, did everything according to the instructions, which, I think is important to note had multiple spelling mistakes even on the actual jet wash there’s spelling mistakes on the safety warnings... I digress, engine completely seized, pull cord will not even pull, I didn’t even ask for a refund but a replacement. No answer from the phones, no answer from any of my 3 emails. So they have basically stolen £210 off me. Not happy.

Oh how I wish I had known about this company earlier. I ordered a switch for my bandsaw. The post office delivered an empty envelope in a security bag explaining that the contents must have fallen out. I contacted the company by phone to be asked for proof. I sent photographs of empty envelope and post office notification. I was told that a replacement would be in the mail next day. That was over two weeks ago and despite phone calls and e/mails still no switch. I will not be purchasing any more goods from this company. Where do I get a switch from?.

Terrible company, bought what they claimed was rabbit-proof fencing and have just watched one skip through. Poor quality, metal distorts and snaps easily. We are devastated as hours went into fundraising the money to purchase it and installing it with a big group of volunteers for our community plot where we are growing food for people on low incomes. I contacted them in the hope they would refund us for all the trouble and upset they have caused us, as we will now need to take this all down and start again, with no funds to do it with. They refused, lied to my face, blamed me and had no compassion or interest. Please avoid using this company you will be disappointed.

Lies...Lies.... and more lies.... I phone the landline number and no answer so I phoned a mobile number on google to ask why the planer / thicknesser took ove two weeks to be deliverd from Derby to Wigan. The answer was the come to you direct from Chine... so they hold no stock and just want your money...that was through home to garden or whatever they call themselves... then saw the same item on google by a firm called 'Dirty pro tools' saying in stock on their website... Again a lie to get your money... DO NOT GO NEAR these liers....

Absolutely shocking! Ordered a tool chest which was excepted to come today. Never showed. Rang company who said it states on the website in the item title its forward order for April, I took a screenshot of the item and emailed it to prove this was not the case only to be told it must be showing a different item title because I'm using a mobile device. Requested a full refund and will now avoid company like the plague.

Purchased a cement mixer which arrived in a few days unfortunately the box was a little damaged and some of the washers had dropped out. I contact the company and had a delivery of a selection of washers within 24 hours. The mixer is robust and the customer service was very good. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Customer service very poor bought a bandsaw from them blade broke okay no problem with that gets used a lot rang dirty pro to find out what blade I needed was told to email enquiry to them no reply rang them back was told don't sell that one anymore so don't know what blade you need didn't even email me back shocking company won't every use again

DISHONEST! Ordered and paid for cabinet, it never arrived and took a very long time to get some refund, still not refunded in full. Avoid at all costs, this company is also trading as: UK TRADE DIRECT, GREAT HOME DEALS, HOME THEN GARDEN. They are run by: S S JOHAL AND SONS so if these names come up AVOID!

Terrible company. Bought a table lift. The hydraulic part of it does not work. They refused to take it back unless i pay the postage. Did send me some oil for it but still no good.

Purchased a lathe from them it is sub standard can’t get a spindle adapter to fit it.
Asked them where I could get one from or if they could supply one got told to look on eBay and the phone was put down.
Then when a phoned back was told to do what you want .

Purchase a garden shredder at a cost of £149.99 on ebay through a seller, used once & drive belt broke, contacted seller to request a replacement belt that was on 1st Sept 20 as yet no response so thought I would go direct to Dirty Pro Tools but after speaking to someone on a Monday who advise me to ring back on the Wed but when doing so no answer, again left message to no avail, when ringing again & told there was no-one available & did I want to leave a message when I said I did not as nobody was getting back to me & had a good mind to contact ebay his answer was do want you want. I have also forwarded 2 emails to their customer care department, again no reply, wondering what kind of company they are, certainly no customer care that's for sure. A very unhappy customer & can't believe I have just been ignored.
