My son bought me a bandsaw for Xmas was packed well on taking out of box put it on bench plugged it in would not start on inspection found lower door would not lock also front locking on rip fence was cracked notified dirty tools and they replaced door and rip fence with not a word well done dirty tools.

Item arrived in perfect condition 48hrs after ordering.

Bought the Dirty pro AC DC tig welder, wanted something to just learn aluminium tig welding, I know how to tig weld steel but never tried aluminium.
Wasn't expecting much as I have bought a cheap Dirty pro tools cabinet in past and tbh not great.
So the day of delivery arrived for the Dirty pro tig welder, extremely well packaged and the machine was large and heavy, to me tells me quality, but it can't be for the price I paid, don't forget this is a AC DC machine, can't be up to much surely??
Tried first with MMA, wow very smooth, then onto aluminium welding which I have never done, well I shocked myself, it welded perfectly, bright shiny weld, smooth and consistent.
You would have thought this machine would have a price tag six times the price.
Just hope components last, think that may be the issue in future, but so far 10 out of 10.

Ordered a safe in Oct. Was sent an email saying it had shipped. Three weeks later and nothing received. The telephone number goes to a voicemail. No answer. The email listed is not the one it directs you to when clicked on, which appears fake. Stinks of fraud.

I was concerned by the number of one star reviews but decided to go ahead and buy from them anyway. Result - excellent service, tools delivered within 3 days and at a very good price. I can only assume what was going wrong a while ago is now sorted because i've received excellent service and had no issues at all.

Not sure why so many bad reviews - I had a brilliant experience with this company. Ordered various tools and all arrived promptly - when there was an issue with a courier unable to find my address - I contacted the company directly who resolved the problem immediately. Excellent quality products too. Would highly recommend.

sell goods they don't acually have in stock, complete waste of my time. refunded the money for my order but they should mark items as out of stock rather than make me wait around for days, i could of shopped elsewhere. i won't be using them again

Ordered a garden arch on Friday afternoon with standard delivery. Got it through via DPD by midday on Saturday! Can't fault my experience - thanks very much for the speedy shipment!

I purchased a Earth auger 6 months ok only used it a couple of times and the drill piece has fallen to bits!
Contacted the company to be told it was wear and tear and I would have to pay for a new one!
It’s hardly been used and only in soft soil! Not fit for purpose at all.
I am currently seeking legal advice absolutely shocking service

I can honestly say the product I bought is great the customer service both at sale and after sale brilliant

Purchased a chainsaw from Dirty Pro Tools in July 2021, it recently cut out while operating, on investigation the fuel pipe from tank to carburretor was split and disintegrating (believe it might not be fuel safe pipe used), contacted Dirty Pro by email several times, no reply, called them by phone and was told that someone was investigating and would get back to me later that day, nothing.
Chainsaw was cheap but worked OK, customer care and after service useless, will never buy from them again.

I have a faulty space heater that has not done 1 hours work. it stopped working and filled my whole workshop with toxic fumes and is not safe.
They emailed me a list of things to check which it clearly states in the instructions can only be done by a qualified person. This heater is brand new.
They will not respond to me and are not interested in returning it for a refund. Absolute shambles and a scam company.

I purchased a mobility scooter off this company after recently becoming disabled. After approximately six weeks it started to fall to bits. Bolts coming out, front wheel bearing gone and intermittently with no power. I rang them and they asked me to have an independent local company to inspect the scooter. I was assured that although I would have to pay for this up front
I would receive the money back as it was under guarantee. Not true. After sending them the report from the independent company I was informed that I would not be reimbursed for my outlay. Not only this they blankly refused to collect the faulty scooter. They refused to send an engineer out to repair it, replace it, or refund my money. As well as having to come to terms with recently becoming disabled I now had to come to terms with the fact I had been ripped off. Lost my money and left virtually house bound by this uncaring company. They had my money money and then they don't care. Their guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on. If I could give anyone advice on this company it would be to go nowhere near them. The only reason I gave them 1 star is that you have to rate them with something to write a report. A year on the scooter is rotting in the garden and i'm still saving for another one. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Just like their name states ,dirty is indeed what they are, they try and blag it alot and make alot of excuses, and try and twist things and give it a new meaning, for eg they have not sent my item to fedex yet they say fedex just don't bother scanning their items when they pick it up from their warehouse, and when I ask fedex they say they don't have the item sent to them yet thats why its still pending , and then they say that actually means fedex have it but haven't scanned it due to beung super busy Christmas period but it's on the way , and explaining how they operate by not following their delivery protocol, and after I disputed how ridiculous that was they said the label must of fallen off, the company is actually a joke, watch out for them on amazon with the name D Pro tools , absolutely dog shid of a company, takes your money even if they don't have the stock to send out , and hopes you will eventually forget about it

Failed to deliver when they promised. Failed to answer our calls and failed to update us - despite repeatedly promising to do so.
Inefficient .. negligent .. rude .. arrogant!!!!
