Terrible experience with this company, bought a sack trolley that failed shortly after delivery. Direct2Public agreed to a return and refund and sent a courier to collect the trolley. Their courier collected the trolley but Direct2Public insists they never received it back and will not refund. Truly awful customer experience.

If I could give this company a zero I would, I purchased the 200 mystery box for £90, and what a load of tat inside, completely false advertisement in their description they say different lines of stock which may include branded items, toys and maybe some home/gift items. They state I will recieve 200 pieces of BRAND NEW STOCK a good variety of different items and GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. They continue in description saying ALL items are NEW, BOXED and SEALED, they are not customer returns broken stock etc.
I can absolutely say that this is all false advertising as many of the items were out of packaging, missing items, 60% were all damaged and they other 40% are not even worth selling I mean who would buy a single fork or a single spoon, or what about a tiny nail clipper lose no packaging, paid £90 for this item and the contents is less then half that price, absolute rip off.
You should not write up a description that is completely false, brand new, sealed, boxed laughable.

From the moment I got there to the moment I left all the staff I spoke to was very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend them to anyone and the items I collected are good value for money and very well made thank you very much

It's not efficient. After, almost 5 hours, clothes still not dry. Don't recommend it.

Product very disappointing, did not sort coins, so poorly made just NOT true, how you have the fault to market such junk is beyond me.

I discovered my product from a discount site - seemingly offering a massive discount. Then in the bumpf, it gave the fulfilling company's site address, ie Direct2Public. When I clicked on it, the very same product was the same price but delivery-free! Sometimes it is actually cheaper too. So the damn 'mighty deals massive discounts site' was deliberately loading the delivery charges on and making it cost far more than direct purchase from the manufacturer/dealer, D2P. Shameful.
Always check the actual order fulfiller first, if available.

Appalling customer service. Sent an item which only functioned for a week. They’re asking me to return a very large item via Royal Mail and I have no packaging for it. Not prepared to send replacement or provide packaging. Now having to go to Trading Standards. Avoid- these people have no decency….

Edit- despite asking for a refund, these people have taken back the faulty item and sent out another one which hasn’t been delivered to me but they are holding me responsible for. You have asked for my order details- this is a total smoke screen- you know what you have done and won’t take responsibility. Let Trading Standards deal with it now….

Nothing really good,some sand paper, underwear, shorts and other stuff not really useful.

I am yet to get my parcel. I wasn't called when it was to be delivered. It's a week now. Please do something about it. They sent a mail that it has been delivered yet I've not seen it
