Amazing. Friendly and helpful salespeople. We were kept up to date on arrival times. The shutters were exactly as we had seen - great quality. The fitters on the day were excellent and did an amazing job fitting the shutters.

Lovely Shutters
I am really pleased with my shutters. They look lovely. They were fitted in just over three hours (5 rooms). The fitters were friendly and tidied up afterwards.
Everyone I dealt with at Diamond Shutters was helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Lovely family business keep you informed very professional cleaned up as they went along. I had a couple of Louvre’s with scratches on them when I phoned up the lady was so apologetic and it was sorted out asap really can’t fault them will definitely be using them again

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Fantastic small business, they are so friendly and professional , nothing is too much trouble. We even broke a plastic trim on the upvc window after ordering and they were so reassuring and said don’t worry we will sort it when we come to fix the shutter - and they did. We’ve used them before for the front of our house and this time they were just as exceptional as last time. The finished article looks fabulous, they are really meticulous with fitting so that it looks perfect. As you can prob gather - I would wholeheartedly recommend - and have done to others.

So happy with my new shutters
Diamond Shutters were a breeze to deal with. From the guy coming round to provide a quote who wasn’t pushy at all, to the surveyor, the ladies in the showroom and finally the fitters. Fantastic from start to finish, the new shutters have made such a difference to my lounge and bedroom. Thank you.

Removal and Re-installation of a shutter by Diamond Shutters
I asked Diamond Shutters to remove and re-install a shutter that they had installed 4 years previously , as a pane of glass needed to be replaced on the shuttered window . Jane of Diamond Shutters was very helpful in co-ordinating the date and time their fitter came ( unlike the glazing firm ). The work was conducted quickly and to a high standard.

The whole process was seamless. From quote to measuring up to having them fitted. All staff are so polite and courteous. Fitters left not a speck of dust. I would definitely recommend them. Their prices are also reasonable.

Excellent company, from start to finish, already used them 9 years ago & shutters were still in excellent condition when we moved out, so no hesitation in using them again for our new home.
