Purchased a ring on the 7 th December it said guaranteed for Christmas. I received an email on the 11 of December confirming my order and saying it takes between 2and 4 working weeks for delivery. I rang them Sunday 14 th of December. I was told it was due for delivery Christmas eve and that they would let me know. Haven’t heard from them since 😡

Janina has exceptional knowledge and care in the type of engagement ring we were looking for and exceeded all our expectations! She was very patient and listened carefully to exactly what we were looking for, and that was in our budget. trying on rings to actually see what It would look like was a special kind of attention to detail we enjoyed. I had the honor of working with Jana on a bespoke engagement ring for my fiancée. Jana was exceptionally very patient, gives exceptional advices from details of the ring, structural integrity and any possible faults that may arise when it comes to a bespoke ring for your partner.
Jana was very professional throughout the process and bears strong integrity with her clients and the manufacturing team, if anything does go wrong during the process, Jana will be quick to respond and holds strong reputation that a solution can be addressed immediately. For example during the final approved CAD design for my bespoke engagement ring for my fiancée, the production team accidentally manufactured the previous CAD design (which was beautiful in every possible way, except it was missing a small detail of an extra small diamond on the shank, never the less it was absolutely the dreams of all dreams of a bespoke ring for my fiancée). I did bring this up with Jana and she was able to compensate for the incorrect CAD design manufactured by the production team. Honestly the ring is still one of a kind and my fiancée and I cannot be more happy with the ring and with Jana and Diamond Factory’s work.
Also to mention Jana and Diamond Factory delivered the ring on time as well before my proposal to my partner, super happy with that as well!
Hiccups at times do occur but rest assured, Jana is a very well respected and honourable person to deal with bespoke engagement rings.

After looking at many jewelry stores, we chose the Diamonds Factory because of the impressive quality of their pieces and the service provided by the consultant Jana. She is a true expert who basically gave us a masterclass on jewelry!

Purchased ear rings online and have received no confirmation email or response from customer support despite multiple messages sent and my card being charged. Very disappointing

Lucie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We went to her absolutely clueless about the entire process but she was extremely patient and helpful. Although there was a small bit of a wait actually get our hands on the ring, Lucie kept us informed and up to date every step of the way. We dealt with Brianna, who was brilliant. She was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Brianna was also very welcoming and took her time with us which made us feel relaxed at the appointment.

What an amazing experience. We were lucky enough to be looked after Assistant Manager Agnieszka to design my wedding band. From initial enquiry, CAD development to ring collection she was friendly, professional and accommodating. She really made it feel exciting and special.
