The "doctor" was very rude and short with me and acted like I put him out. A 2 year old could have done what he did for 60 dollars. Will be making a complaint with BBB and attorney general
Very good experience with one of the two counselors tried. Having 30 minute appoints was great to kick start a wellness visit and continue for additional service in future. Booking and using was smooth.
Good experience. Short wait - about 5-7 min. Video chat system wasn’t very compatible with my phone so we ended up just doing a phone call. Doc was nice and good. Accent a bit heavy and couldn’t always understand everything. But we accomplished what we needed super quick. He ordered a prescription right there with us on the line the whole thing start to finish was 15 min that included my wait time. Saved us running around town, a few hours and money too.
Great experience-smooth and simple to register and get in touch with a physician. I was able to pick up a prescription and start treatment in about an hour
I absolutely love DialCare. The doctors listen to me, ask questions about my symptoms and have always provided me with the right medication and good advice for my illness and/or my husband's. I am always grateful to have this service available and I would recommend it anyone. The doctors are fantastic!
Dr Westcot spent a minute or so asking “what kind of pandemic did we even have? My group of 350 people on Facebook and myself don’t know anyone who died of Covid.” And that is the part I could hear clear as a bell. Other parts as the connection was spotty he said something along the lines of “supposedly millions of people died” and when I repeated back to him what I thought I heard in order to clarify he got very indignant about the word millions and said
“I NEVER SAID THAT WORD” and was hyperfixated on that rather than the idea that he was a Covid denier.
It was the most awful therapy session I’ve ever had. So many ethical breeches about how to treat patients occurred. I asked repeatedly to end the session and he insisted he wanted to clear the air to end on a better note as the conversation got more and more uncomfortable and heated. The fact that I was so offended by his statements prompted him to say “maybe we are onto something” so if his idea of therapy is to poke someone til you trigger a horrible reaction I told him I don’t think we are a fit. I sure hope those sessions are recorded so someone can use this session as a model for how not to treat a patient. It was an absolute nightmare. I felt so much worse after our session. And that he wouldn’t let me off the call was insane. My therapy session is not his soapbox session. I am so very disgusted how the whole thing went down. He should be put out to pasture. I’m a health care provider myself so I am quite familiar with the ethics of how to treat people in your care. He did none of those. He also dismissed my initial concern by saying you could’ve never gotten through the education and work you have if you had any type of severe ADHD without heavy duty stimulants. I think he stopped reading about ADHD right after it was defined. He truly couldn’t have done a worse job during this session. Just describing it right now rattles me again. It was AWFUL.

Efficient, Thorough, Convenient, Effective and Affordable.
I did a review back in Aug on DialCare, they responded back only on this site/review, Lindsay said they wanted to make it right, but I can NOT get a hold of anyone. And when I did, they said a manager would call or email as soon as possible. NEVER heard from anyone, there is NO easy way to get a hold of them. I've tried calling and just get an someone that says manager will get to you shortly. NEVER will use DialCare again!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I was able to request a Dr's call online rather than calling. I knew what the issue was and didn't want to wait in an office to be seen and pay a lot of money, and then wait for a prescription. The Dr called me in a short amount of time, asked about my symptoms, and ordered the necessary medication while I was on the phone. The pharmacy was not open at the time. By the time it opened, we were able to pick up the prescription. This saved a ton of time and money!
My counselor was great. Being limited to 30 min sessions instead of the standard 50? Really not good. There exists a basic level of care. The professionals deem it to be 50 mins. Limiting a session to 30 mins does not allow for adequate time to address ANY issue.
This service was such an asset with a sick infant! Instead of having to drive my family 45 minutes to our GP, I was able to hop on a call with a physician at 7AM and get the medical advice I needed to help my daughter, all before my older children had even gotten out of bed! It saved half our day from being consumed by travel and waiting rooms and let my family continue on in our typical fashion without missing a beat.
Dialcare has been a wonderful service that I depend on more than any other providers. It is fast, efficient and the docs I have spoken with in many states throughout the country have been extremely professional, kind, and courteous. I plan on keeping Dialcare as part of my healthcare whether its included in my insurance or I need to pay for it out of pocket. It is one of the best healthcare options I have ever used!
Always use this application when feeling a bit under the weather and have not had a bad experience yet!
I am grateful I found Dialcare. The registration process went smoothly. The call center stayed on the line while I registered and answered every question with a lot of patience. The counselor I spoke with was professional. She was thoughtful and listened intently. She really helped me through a difficult day and gave me some useful strategies going forward. I look forward to speaking with her again in the future.
