I had a really positive experience with EYTYS. One of the products I ordered became damaged after the first usage, but when I reached out to their customer service, they were really quick to respond and took the time to work through a solution with me. The whole process was smooth, and I really appreciated their care. Definitely a solid brand. 5 out of 5!

I received and returned their shoes as they did not fit me. They are refusing to refund me after my return, claiming that I damaged the shoes. However, I only took the shoes out of the box, tried them and put them back. This is after they charged me ~20€ for the return. Horrible shopping experience.

Var inne i nya butiken och köpte mig ett par Tempest kängor. Kängorna är extremt bekväma och både hjälpen och känslan i butiken älskar jag. Riktigt schysst med kaffe maskin i kassan också där man kan köpa en kaffe för ett mycket rimligt pris.

Älskar mina Rari boots. Skönaste bootsen jag haft.

En väldigt fräsch ny butik, som också hade en kaffebar som komplimenterade min skohandling enormt bra!

Fixed! But it took a long time to get an answer, receive confirmation, get money back, order a new pair etc.

It was supposed to be a gift and have no enough time and money to order another pair without a normal response from support what to do with this one. It's a completely disaster experience which is not what you expect from the premium brand. I'm dissapointed.

Smooth order, helpful support and a quality product - this brand really stepped up.

Absolutely horrible customer service and definitely not the quality one would expect for such expensive shoes.
I recently bought a pair of ortega boots and the very first time I tried to put them on the strap on the back of the shoe broke without even putting any pressure.
Although this is clearly a faulty item, the company is refusing to give me a refund or a replacement, suggesting that I should go get them fixed at a local cobbler! This sounds like a joke.
I sent many emails asking for a refund or a replacement but they have been repeatedly ignoring my emails.
This company is a nightmare and they don’t take their clients seriously.
I would highly prevent anyone from buying anything from this company. The quality is terrible and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Never buying from them again. I ordered a pair of jeans according to the size guide on their website. Unfortunately, the jeans were extremely small, so I had to return them. I paid 20 euros for shipping (inside the EU) and then had to pay additional 10 to return those crappy jeans - it wasn't indicated that return will cost additional money. 30 euros lost. Just don't buy from them.

Company is not able to offer a working onlineplatform, Orders are priced higher as offered @ store. The last (3) orders made on there site last 12 months have not been delivered as they were not able to offer a practical solution and stopped answering the request. It’s very easy to loose business this way …. I miss the product as they do great styles.

I ordered a pack of tablets and wanted to return them back after I read more details in the patient information. The Support Service has NEVER responded and so I never saw my money. It is just an awful experience!

i love eytys. i remember when i bought my first pair of angels in stockholm many years ago. now my boyfriend and i have almost 20 pairs of eytys shoes lol. i've bought from their website a few times, and it's always been super quick (faster than most shops in the US even). otherwise i've purchase from other online retailers and it's been great. i've had to deal with customer service once or twice due to defects/issues and each time has been wonderful. the heel pad of my gaia boot popped off and customer service sent me the only heels pads available from the factory and gave me a few since i have 3 pairs of gaias.

for everyone complaining about comfort vs price... some of their shoes are very heavy by nature. good quality chunky shoes will take a bit to get used to. you have to make sure they fit and are tied correctly so that they don't rub and give you blisters. their lighter shoes like the santos and eros are sooo comfy.

we don't live near a store... we don't get to try on these shoes before we buy them ever. their size guide is actually good. and now we have 20 pairs. i think that says something about quality, consistency and fit.

I made an order since on the 15 of August . It was supposed to be a two days delivery . It’s now the 29th of August . When I realised delays i asked for a refund but till now nothing . First the response has been so bad . Initially I was told to contact the courier but the courier didn’t even ship this product it was send back the EYTYS immediately. Even though I didn’t receive this product EYTYS has refused to process my refund . I have been writing since the delay but no response . This company is very horrible and i regret ever coming across the site . I was excited and looking forward to shop in the future but never with the way you treat a customer off their hard end money . Please I want my refund immediately. I have waited too long . Please everyone stay away from this company . I wish I had read the reviews at trustpilot before shopping here .

I ordered 2 t-shirt from them, just compare 2 different size, so one t-shirt I returned. T-shirt was delivered to them 22.07.24, but nothing happened (today 15.08.24). They didn’t return my money back, they didn’t answer me, I think they are scammers, so if today I don’t get a prof of a refund, I will write to my bank and my bank start investigation.

Upd: today Eytys send me a proof of a refund, so I’m waiting answer from my bank. Hope my bank received money back.

Beställde ett par skor och efter över en månad av att eytys endast återkommit med att dom väntar på svar från Budbee fick jag en ny orderbekräftelse. En vecka har gått sedan dess och åter igen finns ingen bekräftelse på att skorna är påväg. Responsen från kundservicen har varit minst sagt sporadisk. I skrivande stund har det passerat 41 dagar sedan beställning.
