Service was excellent in diagnosing our issue, which resulted in a new and improved panel. Caleb the gentleman that did the installation, was so very nice, polite and knowledgeable.
Not to mention the affordability of DFW Security’s monitoring service. Great value !

I selected DFW Security over ADT…
I selected DFW Security over ADT because I've heard great things for years about them. Unfortunately, I Still have unresolved issues with my system. I'm just asking that DFW Security resolve these issues, because my parents rely GREATLY on their medical panic alarms due to their dementia diagnosis. The peace of mind I have knowing that these buttons are easily pushed to summon help during an emergency is indescribable. My siren inside the house still doesn't work (for audible burg/fire) and I would like to know how to resolve the 11 minute lag time (between alarm trigger and monitoring phone call.). I don't want to end our new relationship on bad terms, I have faith in DFW Security still. Can we work together to get these small issues resolved? My parents (some of the last of the best people in the world) are counting on you. Please help

We understand how important dependable alarm service is and take the concerns you raised seriously. I personally spoke with you, and our team reviewed your concerns and monitoring records. At your request, we agreed to release you from the agreement without cancellation charges and absorb our installation and equipment costs. Reactivating ADT monitoring must be arranged directly with ADT, as we cannot provision their monitoring account. Employees are great but the company nickels and dimes you to death. My prior security company was much more affordable and transparent.

ive only had one issue in the three years we have had the system. I called and was walked thru how to correct most of the issue over the phone. There was one item that required a repair-at no charge to me. The technician went thru the entire system when he arrived and checked everything, he didnt just replace the one sensor that had failed. Solid service over the phone and in person.
