Fraud
I bought a Dior frame on 1.5.25 and paid with PayPal. The order was confirmed. I should receive the delivery on 6.5.25. A tracking service was announced. Since 1.5.25 I have not received any further information about my order: The glasses have not arrived. There is no shipment tracking under the order link. I complained about the glasses on 6.5.25 via the company's email address gabrielle
at designerdaydream.com and received no reply. However, during this time my credit card was hacked in the US. Refund the purchase price immediately!
Of course, I contacted my bank immediately after the hack.
I contacted your company to inquire about the whereabouts of the delivery.

We have made attempts to contact you privately to resolve this matter but have received no response of any kind. Despite your claim that you’ve reached out, we have not received any communication from you through email, phone, or any other channel.
It’s also important to reiterate that your purchase was refunded in full as soon as we saw this review, even after the order was processed. There has been no fraud, and this ongoing accusation is completely false. We take such defamatory claims very seriously and request that you remove this statement immediately, as it is not only untrue but also in violation of Trustpilot’s guidelines.
There is no record of any email received from to gabrielle@designerdaydream.com or any of our website's emails on or around May 6th, 2025.
You stated you paid with PayPal, but also claimed your credit card was hacked. These are two entirely separate payment methods, and PayPal does not expose credit card details to merchants like us.
Designer Daydream has never, under any circumstance, engaged in fraudulent activity. We do not store or have access to customers' credit card information.
We welcome genuine customers to reach out to us at help@designerdaydream.com with an order number so we can assist further.

Didn’t have a good experience and won’t recommend. They are not very honest. Ordered an item which they claimed will be delivered few days later. Didn’t hear from them for close to a week. Reached out via email and was told they have been busy and will ship out the item same day. The following day, I received an email to tell me they just realized it was in a different store and they need to send someone to go pick it up. Such unprofessional behavior. If I hadn’t reached out, they would have kept mute. I asked for a refund back and just got the notification of refund two days later without a follow up email or apology.
